QUIRK NAME: Heat Conduction
DESCRIPTION: A quirk that allows the user to heat anything they touch.
OPTIONAL DOWNSIDES:
The user does not have heat resistance, so they can be burned by their own quirk.
The quirk expends the user's body heat, and after heating something up, the user is left feeling cold.
The user's internal body temperature is always climbing, and they need to use their quirk in order to even it back out.
The quirk requires five points of contact and is involuntary.
