EASY DOUGHNUT

Ingredients:

milk 400 ml

margarine

5 tsp of sugar

little bit of salt

11 g of yeast

500 g of flour

little bit of nutmeg

3 eggs

refined sugar

vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

add margarine which have melted to the 400 ml of milk. mix them and let it cool cause we’re going to add some eggs and doesn’t make them scrambled. add sugar, salt, and yeast. mix it well and put some flour while it mixing. let it dough just wait 1 hour. after that the dough is divided become 4 pieces and make it doughnut shape. and then you just frying don’t wait any longer cause the doughnut shape will make it more dough. last you’ll need the last touch of refined sugar and make it sweet. put in the best plate you have and capture it.
