really learning to truly let go of my ex and there’s so much space in my mind now. it’s so quiet
#it’s a bittersweet feeling#this is how it should be and I know I’m on the right path#but it is sad too#there is no more ruminating about what she’s doing or thinking about or what her life looks like right now#I have let go of the hurt and anger and betrayal#and all I have left of her now is memories#which again is how it should be#but it is a truly fucking wild thing#and still very painful to feel yourself letting go of somebody you wanted to love forever#anyways#a talks

I went through and deleted all the pics I had of my ex on my phone today (except for the ones of us together, you know for memories and whatnot down the road) but oh my GOD was that painful
originally had 1400 pics but after deleting all the screenshots and selfies of her, now there’s only 150 good lord

by getting botox and fillers and cosmetic surgeries you are actively participating in making the world a more hostile place for the women who choose not to do those things. you are actively applying pressure on those women. you are creating a world where women who don’t do those things are told they are “aging like milk” because no one knows what a normal, unaltered female face looks like anymore.
