Starting now, writers and beta readers may submit applications to join in this collaboration style event! This Big Bang will be a general Dragon Ball style event which means anyone can join in with whatever ships and characters they like (minus Vegebul since @vegebulocracy handles hosting them). 

For more information click the link to this doc. There you will find general info, rules, and the applications you need to get started. 

Artists may go ahead and apply as well, although you will have more time to do so. 

Why do you need an application? - Applications are just a means of keeping track of all participants as well as having your preferences all together to make the pairing process easier for mods.
