I Can't Believe You're Mine

It was a glorious, colorful autumn.

We’d just left the coffee shop. When we walked by, she had giggled and pulled me inside, saying, “C’mon, let’s be basic white girls and get some pumpkin spice!”

I don’t like coffee. I never had. But when she handed me my cup and looked into my eyes while I tried it, it was the best thing I’d ever tasted.

My hand still tingled where she grabbed it.

As we walked through the park with our drinks, a light drizzle began to fall. She pulled out an umbrella from her bag, I pulled up my hood and hunched my shoulders.

“Don’t be silly,” she giggled, pulling me under the umbrella with her. I couldn’t help but laugh too, her laugh is infectious.

As the sun started to shine again, she pulled me down to sit on a bench. She beamed down at me, and I could only gaze back adoringly.

“So Ava…” She began. I knew this tone of voice, it’s dangerous.

“Who do you like?” She whispered, and I looked away. I wanted to say, ‘you, you, a thousand times you. You’re the only one I can ever think about. You’re gorgeous and sweet and funny and…’

Instead, I shrugged my shoulders and looked down at my cup.

She looked at me with a cautious smile. “If I tell you mine, will you tell me yours?”

“Okay.” I said.

“The person I like… …is you.”

I drop my drink.

[MOVIE- Jumanji: The Next Level

I have been a fan of the Jumanji movie series ever since watching the first film which was based on a scary board game, giving out a truly magical experience filled with loads of adventure. It is still a favourite classic family movie anytime, for many! The second film “Welcome To The Jungle” was again a virtual non stop ride full of humour and entertainment although it was based on a cursed video game. This is the third film of the series and the story takes off from the events of the previous film. The plot begins with the four friends Spencer, Fridge, Martha and Bethany deciding to meet up again. Spencer, who gets sceptical about the meeting becomes enticed by the broken video game and somehow restarts it! His worried friends come to his house and decide to find him by joining the game. In the melee, Spencer’s grandpa & his friend too get sucked into it. What follows is a rollercoaster ride of fun and excitement! The film keeps you on the edge of your seat almost through the entire duration. There are a lot of hilarious jokes and funny scenes paired with a good dose of adventure and entertainment. The most thrilling scene is the one in which the characters try to cross a maze of rope bridges, where one wrong step can land them in the jaws of ferocious monkeys ready to devour them! The film fairly succeeds in recreating the magic from the previous film. However you feel something amiss as the film progresses. The comedy and thrilling aspects don’t really give out the expected impact to the viewer along with the plot which could have been even more interesting! The cast members give a wonderful performance. Dwayne Johnson shines with his ‘smoldering intensity’, Kevin Hart and Jack Black tickle your funny bone, Karen Gillan bowls you over with her hot moves. Also we get to see Rory McCann ('The Hound’ from GOT) in a 'brutal’ role. All in all, this film has its fair share of fun & entertainment, although one would have expected something more out of it. It’s a pretty exciting level but leaves you a little disappointed at the end!

Have you ever wanted a movie where it was basically James Bond but with MCU type humor. Well that’s basically what Kingsman is. Meet Eggsy (Taron Egerton) a man in South London whose father was a spy. When he finds out his fathers secrets he trains in this organization where you can become an international spy. Meanwhile Richmond Valentine (Samuel L. Jackson) launches a diabolical plan that will end climate change but also threaten the lives of everyone on earth. Also Iggy Azalea is missing because of him but you never even find out what happened to her at the end of the film whether she died or escaped who cares look at these bad ass fights. This was amazing its like a classic bond film with humor built into it. It also has some incredible fight scenes. Its like watching ballerinas on stage dancing black swan with guns and prosthetic leg swords. It honestly had me dying every time I swear its the best. I give Kingsman 10 dogs 10. Also even though I don’t like her music what did happen to Iggy?

Artificial intelligence is a blooming technological advancement, from software’s like Alexa, to basic human command system.

Every aspect of these technologies has been put to its best use. It is now turning a basic part of human lives. People need this technology in enterprises and even households. Artificial intelligence has made its way through all sectors of society. Every person is using this technology in some or the other way. Moreover, it is modified for different age groups and industrial sectors.

The future of artificial intelligence is more fascinating than ever. People seem to have indulged in this debate for years now. Some say robots are the future and they will replicate humans completely. Another opinion is a human dependency on this sector will increase manifold. However, one thing is for sure, artificial intelligence is progressing faster than ever, and no one knows what might come next.

Artificial intelligence is already a part of various everyday activities. The future might make humans completely dependent on this technology. For example, self-driving cars are being developed with artificial intelligence. There is no limit to this technology if it wants to make the human experience easier.

Many have predicted that by applying this technology in robots multiple new inventions can be created. There are many effects this can have on humans. Like, robotics will completely alter the medical stream, probably being able to be able to cure anything easily.

Li-Fi Technology

Now-a-days, internet has become a major

demand people are in search of Wi-Fi hot

spots. Li-fi or Light Fidelity was invented by

professor Harald Hass of university of

Edinburgh. This is the latest technology in

present day communication system which

makes the use of LEDs, Light Emitting

Diodes that helps in the transmission of data

much more faster and flexible than the data

that can be transmitted through Wi-Fi. It is

basically a 5G technology of visible light

communication system which utilizes light

emitting diodes as a medium of high speed

communication in similar manner as Wi-Fi.

Li-Fi is typically implemented using white

LED light bulbs at the downlink transmitter.

The LEDs are used for illumination only on

applying a constant current to them.

However, by fast and subtle variations of the

current, the optical output can be made to

vary at extremely high speeds. This very

property of optical current is used in Li-Fi

technology setup. It’s operation is very

simple as when the LED is on then a logic

“1” is transmitted and when the LED is off

then a logic “0”is transmitted. This so

happens at a very fast rate flickering of LED

which is not visible to the human eye.

Further enhancements can be made in this

method, like using an array of LEDs for

parallel data transmission, or using mixtures

of red, green and blue LEDs to alter the

light’s frequency with each frequency

encoding a different data channel. Such

advancements promise a theoretical speed

of 10Gbps – meaning one can download a

full high-definition film in just 30 seconds.

Earlier, the radio waves were used but

they were expensive and less secure.

Infrared, can only be used with low

power as for the sake of eye safety.

Gamma rays cannot be used as they can

prove to be dangerous. Ultraviolet light

is good for place which is free from

humans otherwise can be very harmful

to the humans.

Since visible light has no harmful

effects, it can be safe to use and is also

having a larger bandwidth.

VLC is a data communication medium,

which uses visible light in the range of

400THz to 800THz as optical carrier for

data transmission and illumination.

With a wide use of data transmission these

days, Li-Fi has proved to be more

advantageous than the present day

technology of Wi-Fi. There are many fields

where Wi-Fi and many technologies have

failed but Li-Fi has proved its excellence.

With the increase of cell phone users, the

available bandwidth is insufficient and can

lead to over loaded condition. This problem

can be solved by Li-Fi which uses the

visible spectrum for communication.

Various devices such as Laptops, Mobile

Phones, Tablets and other devices can be

interconnected directly by using Li-Fi. It

gives very high data rates and also provide

security.

This technology doesn’t use the radio

frequency so it can be used in the places

where the technologies like Bluetooth,

Infrared, Wi-Fi etc. are banned. Li-Fi

provides a best replacement for such

technologies.

It has various benefits such as:

1 A very wide spectrum of operation

over the visible range of

electromagnetic spectrum.

2 Extremely high color fidelity.

3 Secure access.

4 Easy terminal management.

5 Instant start up time

So, in a nutshell Li-Fi technology is far

better than the current technology and can

be used in those areas where other

technologies fail.

Li-Fi can achieve 1000 times the data

density of Wi-Fi, as visible light can be well

contained in the light illumination but in

case of RF it suffers from interference.

A very high speed of data access can be

achieved from Li-Fi as it is free from

interference and also is having a very large

bandwidth.

With the ongoing increase in the cellular

networks, the newest technology of Li-Fi

has proven to be a milestone in

communication systems. It uses the visible

spectrum of light which is far better than the

RF as it is prone to interference. With the

use of LEDs the information can be

transmitted at very high rates with just

thesimple turning on and off of the LEDs.

Thistechnology is not only free to use but

also provides a safe and secure access.
