     Attention from his mother was always a thing he craved. As much as he craved being doted on by the women he had looked up to his entire life, he understood the balance between her, her work, and her children — not to mention, she had to distribute her familial love to not only him, but to his younger sister, too. Which was why he always felt honored whenever she specifically asked him for aid — he was getting some time with his mother to himself.
