Played Among Us with friends last night and one player (Spinach) murdered me really quickly so I went “But I just wanted us to hold hands :(…” to which he answered “Oh, I’ll hold your hand then, next round.” And we spent easily 3 to 4h buddying together through all our games and we never killed each other but always having each other’s backs.
One game in peculiar, he follows me like usual and stay by me. Never do any task, but stay with me no matter what which I found odd, but maybe he was waiting for me to finish my tasks so he could go on with his. Then the screen darken. Impostors won. He was Impostor but never attacked me, he literally bodyguarded me from the other imposter (WHO DID A FUCKING RAMPAGE BECAUSE WE DID MAYBE ONE MEETING??) and that was adorable of him.
but yeah. rampage happened while he was just babysitting me doing my wires.
Petition for a comic that’s just the Joker vs. a bunch of frighteningly competent normal arse clowns who have gone temporarily vigilante for the sole purpose of taking the Joker down for his repeated violations of the clown code.
I kind of didn’t have a shirt on because I was running a bath when he reached out to me with his paw, but wanted to capture this moment. He is a hard lived 12 years old so we aren’t sure of his true health. Oscar, as you might recall from early in my blog, was just starting to let me touch him. This is now.
There’s a fine line between “pushing yourself out of your comfort zone” and “pushing yourself into a mental breakdown” and we need to fucking find it and stop encouraging people to do the second in an attempt at making them do the first.
Another little autobiographical comic I whipped together (this was drawn in like two hours tops so don’t judge the drawings lmao). To clarify, I am in a happy long-term committed relationship with a non-ace girl and we’re both very happy with our relationship, and I have never had bad experiences with relationships because of my asexuality. Being ace isn’t a big deal to me - I barely think about it - but asexuality is something that a lot of people seem to have trouble fully understanding, so I wanted to take some time to describe it the way I see it in my life and from my perspective. Every story is different - here’s mine.
I planted some saguaro seeds about a week ago. Who woukda thunk that such large lads start out so smol. (submitted @nolayelde)
this speaks for itself when paired with a pic of the grown plant for scale:
they usually live to be 150+ years old. cutting one down in Arizona, where they’re native, is a felony with a maximum 9 months in prison.
in my brief wikipedia exploration to find out how old they could be for this ask i found out that there was a dude in 1982 who was vandalizing one (which is also highly illegal) by shooting at it and then poking at it, and not only did the 500 pound arm of the cactus he was shooting at fall on top of him, but the actual trunk of the cactus then also proceeded to fall on him. he died. smited by the cactus gods for his transgressions
