If anyone hasn’t taken a week long break from your phone you really should consider it. Its exhilarating and crazy how life slows down and you can just enjoy every little moment instead of constantly mindlessly scrolling. One day I’d love to live off the grid and just travel out of a backpack and live life to the fullest.

Spent the weekend in a tent by the ocean. My mind is back at ease, and I am ready to dive back into my work. That being said, I’m sure I have missed a lot in the “real” world, even if it’s only been a weekend. Anybody want to catch me up? Beyonce didn’t drop an album while I was gone, did she? I’d die.

Looks like we both took a social media break! We are on the same wave length I swear. Tent by the ocean is fantastic and I’m jealous I wasn’t invited honestly. No phone week has been amazing.

I burnt my toast, AGAIN. For real this is like my thousandth attempt at making toast and for some reason I burn it every single time. I even stand in front of the bloody thing and it still nearly sets my kitchen on fire. I’ve decided a career change into the culinary arts is really not ever going to be on the agenda for me, I’ll stick to bringing babies into the world.

Do you have your toaster up too high? I mean you know you can take it out before it pops back up right?

True, but it doesnt change the fact that a few days ago I turned 30 and turning 20 felt like just the other day.

As an experienced “old guy” apparently, I can tell you that luckily turning 30 isn’t that big of a difference. Except hangovers, those really become more real than ever. 

What’s your interpretation of an adventure?

Anything outside and nature like is a great adventure!! Although it could be as simple as an adventure to the grocery store for snacks!
