Sure..?
I’m not the best at guessing games— but I’m going with you being serious because of the look you just gave me.

I’m right, right?

Kaylie had been having a rough time recently. She’d been getting flashbacks of her years before Morgana. She would ignore the fact that she’d been abused most of her life. She finally had broken down when she heard how much fun people had on Christmas. They all came back with happy or funny stories about their break. Kaylie, however, was at Morgana the whole time. Even though it was a week or two after Christmas, she couldn’t ignore her sadness any longer. She thought that getting drunk would be a perfect answer. She thought about losing herself, and having a few hours of not sitting in her room crying. Of course, it wasn’t easy for her. She went to the woods where no one would find her, and started drinking. She started to cry even more, though.
She remembered starving, and being locked in a cupboard under the stairs. Kaylie yelled out in utter frustration. Then, to her astonishment, she heard someone approaching. She didn’t think anyone would come outside while it was snowing. Kaylie was the one who made it snow so people wouldn’t come out. Where she was sitting, though, it wasn’t snowing. She saw the boy clearly even though she was drunk. She saw his beautiful eyes, his perfect hair, and his childish posture. Kaylie didn’t know what to say to him, and thought if she did it would be stupid. “I’m…I’m..” She wanted to say everything was fine, but it wasn’t. She didn’t want to lie, and pretend that her life was perfect. “I’m..”
Kaylie took a deep breath. What was she gonna say? It’s not like he would possibly care. Before she knew it she was starting to cry again. She tried her best to hold it in, but her pain took the best of her. She couldn’t even look at the boy. She put her face in her palms, and tried to calm down. “I just need…a friend.”
Vladimir couldn’t help but allow a groan of frustration to escape his lips as he made his way through the heavily-wooded forest. The fresh snow crunched under his steps, but his tracks were quickly replaced by falling flurries of white. Unable to resist the temptation of sticking his tongue out,…

“I’m fine, okay?”
Kaylie wasn’t used to people being concerned about her. She didn’t know what to say, but that.
"You don’t look okay to me."
"I think you should see the nurse."

“I honestly don’t know what to say.”
“It isn’t really your fault..”
"Yeah, that’s usually everyone’s reaction."

“I-uh…I’m fine.”
“I don’t know why I was acting like that…”
"I’m not so sure about that and thank you for stating the obvious." Vlad analyzed the girl’s face, noticing that she had a sudden change in attitude. "Are you alright?"

“I’m not crazy. And pigs can’t fly.” Kaylie had just snapped out of whatever weird spell she was in. She realized how gullible she had been, and started blushing incredibly.
"I think you’re crazy."

"Great."
"I don't think I am..."
"No, they can."
"I’m hoping you aren’t. Unless you are. Are you?”

"I never knew pigs can fly. I guess that's because no one told me they could."

M!A: Hey, if you look up, there's gullible written on the ceiling. You are now extremely naive and believe anything people tell you, no matter how ridiculous or outlandish it is.
"Yea, I believe you!"

"That sounds like an awesome combination. I wouldn't necessarily eat it, but it still sounds good. I'll stick with swiss cheese, mayonnaise, turkey slices, and then some lettuce. I would put some salt, pepper, and oregano on it, too."
I knew I should have stayed home an extra few days

"I really love nutella. I don't usually eat it everyday, but it's really good. Same thing about the meat sandwiches. I can't eat them, unless I choose what's inside of them. Like, if someone puts tomatoes in them I can't eat it. I don't like tomatoes at all. Also, I hate mushrooms. Mushrooms are on the top of my Do Not Eat list."

"Oh"

Kaylie didn't have anything to say. She didn't feel like she was under control of Lori's powers. She didn't like the idea of basing a friendship on manipulation, though. She took a deep breath. Maybe I should just put the idea of her manipulating me aside. She does seem like a nice person either way. But, what can I really say to her now?

"it’s kinda on all the time, at some level or another. I can make it stronger, I just don’t….know how to turn it off exactly."
