I'm imagining them doing a little salute and one of them walking (flying but doing walking motion) left and right infront of the groups, giving them a talk (very high pitched tweeting and chirping)

They are very serious in what they're doing.

Pitch being stuck in the Warren and not being able to use his shadows to leave (too weak and too bright) after the Easter day attack, so he just starts sneakily digging into the ground under some lifted moss, he's knee deep covered in dirt like a feral badger.

"Horse whisperer" Whispered Jack in awe, he was sent out in a mission to get info about what Pitch Black has been doing after he started leaving his lair, all Jack got was what he is REALLY good with horses.

Remember how no one knew that birds migrated, they thought that they slept at the bottom of the waters or went to the moon, now, Man in Moon needing to deal with an absurdly large bird population every year going to his home and trying to eat moon bots.

Pitch Black is a very easily frightened person, but due to his reclusive personality, its very hard to actually scare him.

It's so obvious to see that Pitch Black is possessed by everyone EXCEPT the Guardians, they're just too hard headed to realise anything about a supposed 'enemy'

Every spirit knows how to work with the possessed, something expected on the job, EVERYONE EXCEPT THE GUARDIANS.

Everyone is so chill with Pitch Black, calm with him, understanding with him. Its like this with others possessed spirits! (At least the ones who are truly kindful underneath) But no the Guardians can't do that.
