NATURAL REMEDIES FOR DISEASE
Nature is a good healer of diseases. If you look around yourself , find so many ways to cure yourself . There are lots of medicinal tree and plant like Neem , Pipel , Tulsi , Alovera , Mulathi , Giloye, Sunflower, Mint , Amla , etc.
Amla or Gooseberry is a excellent source of Vitamin C , it contain approximately 600mg/100gm. We can eat Gooseberry in different way like in form of pickle , murabba , chutney or eat as such . There is also amla or Gooseberry available in powder and liquid form .

We all aware about Carbohydrates , Protein n Fat but you know about Vitamins n Minerals? Everyone wants glowing skin n healthy body. Vitamins n Minerals play important role to keep our body healthy n glowing. We knew that we get Vitamins n Minerals from fruits n vegetables but maximum nutrients are destroyed when we prepare or cook food.There are few tips we can use for minimizing the loss of nutrients---- 1- Eat fresh fruits n vegetables . When you cut the fruits we should immediately consume it and do not keep it for a long time .2-Don't cook vitamin C rich fruits or vegetables because heat is the biggest enemy of Vitamin C. Eat fresh fruits like orange, guava , tomatoes, lemon,,, mix with salad or eat as such so you can get Fiber also.3- Use boiling/ stemming / roasting methods for cooking instead of deep frying.4- Cook food in slow heat and use less water n oil .5- Cook the food with lid so nutrients are also mix or assimilated with food.6- Don't over cook the food because it will not only destroy the nutrients but also spoil the taste, aroma and flavor of food. Fruits and vegetables are also know as Protective and Regulatory food. It helps to improve immunity. .when we are healthy from inside it reflects on our appearance . No one can feel good until they are not healthy from inside .If you want to glow your skin , healthy hair and nails .
