Since 2008, the Goldman Sachs 10000 Women initiative has been helping women entrepreneurs of India The main aim of this program is to identify and work with female business owners who have already taken a step towards starting their own businesses. Rajesh Ambwani, the mentor of the Goldman Sachs Program says that the initiative fosters economic growth by providing management education, access to funds, networking, and guiding women. The program was launched with the idea that women entrepreneurs lead economic growth and can build better communities.
One-on-one mentoring session benefits women, who are enrolled in this program from a growth-oriented value proposition. Women can focus more on exploring the strength of digital marketing through customer analytics, building enhanced business capabilities, and leveraging finance for the growth of their businesses.
