Three Months of Gym
It's been three months since I started going to the gym consistently. I'm not going to lie, it was tough at first. The body ached, motivation came and went, and the physical results were almost invisible. But today, something is changing… and I'm not just talking about the physical.
What I've noticed the most is stamina. I climb stairs without drowning, I endure more in routines, and I no longer feel like I'm falling apart after every workout. I also have a lot more energy during the day. I wake up with more energy, I concentrate better and even my mood has improved.
I don't have my dream body (yet), but I realize that the change starts from within. Every drop of sweat, every repetition, is building something bigger than muscle: it's building discipline, consistency and confidence.
It's just getting started, but I'm already hooked. Because the gym isn't just changing my body… it's changing my mind.

The Power of Design
I never thought that something as “simple” as a poster could say so much. Since I started studying design, I've started to see the world through different eyes. I don't just look at colors or shapes anymore… now I stop to think why they are there, what they make me feel, how they communicate so much with so little.
There is something almost magical about a good composition. It's as if every element - the typography, the space, the rhythm, the contrast - is in perfect sync, like a visual song. I've found posters that have made me laugh, think, or just stare in silence. I find that amazing.
What blows my mind the most is how design can be so occurring. It's not just about something looking pretty, it's about it working, it's about it connecting. Good design is a visual idea that grabs you, that tells you something without having to shout.
I'm just starting down this road, but I already know there's no turning back. Now I want to learn everything: theory, history, software, creative processes… and above all, I want to understand how to turn an idea into an image that makes you feel something.
It's a journey, and I'm just getting started. But I'm all in.

Dreaming with Waves from the Land Down Under
Lately I've been looking for a new hobby, something to get me out of the rut, something to challenge me. And I don't know why, but surfing has crept into my head.
I don't live near the ocean, nor do I own a board, nor do I know how to stand up on one. But there's something about that lifestyle that calls to me: the connection to the ocean, the calm between waves, the exact moment when everything aligns and you flow. It's poetic, almost spiritual.
The problem is obvious: I'm far from any beach. It's not as easy as grabbing a bike or going for a run. It requires travel, time, equipment, learning… but still I keep thinking about it.
Sometimes I wonder if it's worth dreaming about something that seems so far away. But maybe that's just what makes it special. It's not about doing it every day, it's about doing it some day. Maybe surfing will be my perfect excuse to get away, to see new places, to let myself go.
For now, I watch videos, read blogs and imagine. And even though I haven't surfed a single wave yet, I already feel the ocean calling me. And when I finally do, even if it's just once… it's going to mean everything.

Retro 4 Black Cat: The Tennis Shoe to Complete Any Outfit
As an apparel lover, there are pairs that don't just match, they complete. The Jordan 4 Black Cat are that kind of sneakers: all-black, minimalist, but with a presence that imposes without making noise.
Their design is clean but with character. It doesn't matter if you wear them with jeans, cargos or joggers: they always look good. They are versatile, sober and with a classic silhouette that never goes out of style.
What I like the most is how they elevate any outfit without stealing the spotlight. They are that wild card that always makes you look good, effortlessly. And with their OG feel, they connect you directly to the essence of streetwear.
In short: they're not just black sneakers, they're a statement. Simple, but lethal. And for that, I love them.

How I Learned to Draw: Reflections of a Design Student
Since I decided to study design, I never imagined how much drawing could challenge me and, at the same time, teach me. At first, my drawings were not what I expected, but over time, thanks to practice and classes, I began to see improvements. I no longer feel that the pencil is an obstacle, but a tool that allows me to express ideas.
The most interesting thing has been how each mistake has taught me something new. Now, I can see my progress in each stroke, and that gives me a lot of confidence. What used to frustrate me, I now enjoy. Drawing is not just a technique; it is a way to grow and find my own style.
Today, I feel that drawing is more natural and, above all, a way to communicate. I realize that the process of improvement is not only technical, but also personal, and that's what motivates me the most to keep learning!

The Encebollado: An Irresistible Dish from Ecuador
If there's one thing I love about Ecuadorian cuisine, it's encebollado. This dish is a classic, especially on the coast, and is perfect to start the day with energy. It is a thick fish soup, usually tuna, with onion, tomato, and cilantro, which gives it a fresh and delicious flavor. The final touch is given by the pickled onion, which gives it an acidic contrast that makes every bite tastier. Best of all, the encebollado is comforting and healthy. The fish is an excellent source of protein and omega-3s, while the warm broth is ideal for curing any ailments or just enjoying something delicious. It's the kind of dish that reconciles you with life, especially if you pair it with some chifles or white rice. If you haven't tried it yet, I definitely recommend it, it's a real gem of Ecuadorian food.

HUNTER X HUNTER: The last anime I watched
Tumblr media
Hunter x Hunter was the last anime I watched last year, I really liked it, it had an incredible plot, I totally enjoyed watching it. Its plot is very entertaining, it's about Gon who is the main character and his dad is a hunter and along the way he makes friends with 3 amazing characters my favorite Killua and faces a lot of dangers and mysteries in a world full of people with crazy powers. Moving on to the characters Gon meets 3 main characters which are Kurapika he wants revenge against the Spider clan (I think his name was) who massacred his people because of his weird eyes. Then there is Leorio he instead wants to be a doctor and needs the hunter license to help people in my point of view Leorio during the series plays more the role of a father than the real father of Gon and lastly Killua he is a boy from a family of assassins who wants to leave that life and be normal or something like that because there are scenes where he gets out of control to defend those he loves especially Gon. As the relationship between Gon and Killua seems to me the most beautiful despite its end in the anime separated, the development they have seems to me very incredible, however Gon sometimes seems a little selfish. Anyway, I think it's an incredible anime with an excellent development, the Chimera Ants arc was epic, I think I'll read the manga.
