Cooking Ramble

I had just unlocked the cooking class cutscene, and funny enough the day before my farmer had gifted March a home-cooked meal. That got me thinking, what if March never really cooked much before? (that might be implied anyways cause he showed up to the class)

Maybe Olric usually handled their meals, or maybe March just preferred grabbing food at the inn instead of cooking for himself. But after getting a homemade meal from the farmer, he suddenly felt the need to step up his game. (I feel like March plays into the rival frenemy-friend trope lol)

So, he tries to teach himself. It doesn’t go well. Maybe he burns something, maybe it just doesn’t taste right, but either way he realizes he needs help.

The next day, he shows up at the cooking class. "Not because he needs it”, of course just, you know, to fine-tune his skills. And then he sees the farmer there and immediately feels like he’s been caught trying to one up them.
