I need to track these people down and personally thank them explaining how each msots makes my day and feel better and offer them my first born child.

fun fact Pakistan was created on 1947 one year before Israel,

funfact Pakistan was made on the basis of the ideology of Islam, a true islamic state, in a sense.

also funfact, that doesn't mean that criticizing the government of Pakistan makes you an anti-muslim. Even though, Pakistan was founded for the Muslim people to practice their religion freely. Literally. Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

You can still criticize Pakistan in literally any aspect that is breaking laws or being immoral. Still doesn't make you an anti-muslim. That's because religion is not the same as politics.

you can't use the argument that just because a state was established on religious bases criticizing it automatically makes you anti-that-religion.

I like posts before I see the whole video/ text and if it ends up being something I don't agree with I'M SO GOD DAM QUICK TO UNLIKE CAUSE OMG

But this also means I like posts before seeing them and then happen to not be interested and scroll past... Here's the things, I don't remember to unlike them so the more I think of it the more I'm afraid I've liked some hateful things I don't agree with and it's going to cause me my job in the future

every time you think about a body part that you don't like (me for example, I don't like my facial hair) you must immediately think about a different part of your body that you do like.

for example if I'm feeling dysphoric about the stubble on my face, I must also think about how I like the curvature of my arms, or how I like the unique amber-green coloring of my eyes. it can be any compliment about your appearance that you can think of

I feel like one of the main things that makes dysphoria so rough is that there isn't any balance between criticism and compliment, and the more you think about parts of your body that you don't like, the more they become a focus in your head

sorry for the rambly post but I'm going to be trying this, and I hope it helps someone else who sees this post too

Wait actually I re-read my post and it does sound like that 😭

I promise I didn't mean it in a condescending way, I'm just horrible at presenting the right tone 😭.

I wanted to point out just how much America is looked at as this AMAZING place with so much advancement even where I live so many people try to copy and make their own versions of things that are in America.

While America as it is not even close to perfect especially being as large as it is it'll be almost impossible for it to be.

It's just through movies that we watch that everything American looks so great and then I see posts like this and I'm like "oh..."

It just shatters that illusion of a "Perfect and advanced" state which doesn't exist.

Every time I see a post like this just really makes me think.

Because America and the whole of the west is looked at as such an advanced place, especially in less developed areas. And then I see this and I'm like "how is your economy so messed up when you have billions of dollars coming from LITERALLY all over the world" like our sucks but we just don't have money.

America HAS money and A LOT of it at that. It has so much god damn power and then their health insurance is a joke, people work multiple jobs to be able to SURVIVE. Y'all taxes make no sense. What's going on 😭
