WEEK 11 REVENUE MODEL
We were able to come up with and validate our start-up concept of how we will consume income for this week's task. Since our application deals with learning materials, we thought of a premium subscription that enables users to access exclusive learning materials and special content. We offer it at affordable prices that surely fit into the budget of our target customer: 100 pesos for a monthly subscription, 350 pesos for a six-month subscription, and 500 pesos for a yearly subscription. In this way, we could guarantee an affordable price compared to our competitors, and the users could access and enjoy exclusive learning materials and special content.

WEEK 10 CREATING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
Week 10 is about Creating a Competitive Advantage. At this stage, me and my team had to meet several times just to figure out what was best for our application and what its edge was among its competitors. We’ve researched a published application that deals with learning materials for kids, so we can differentiate and see what the things are that we can add up to make our application a unique one. With this, we think of an age category that could filter learning materials to suit the age and capabilities of the users. And also, since our application is purely audio lessons, children could just imitate what they hear and listen to it. This would improve their listening skills and vocabulary. After that, they will be directed to an audio assessment to test their listening skills after listening to a specific learning material. Because of this idea, we’ve come up with a tagline: "It’s more fun listening and let your imagination fly high with AUDIBEE." These are the things that make our application unique from those of its competitors.

WEEK 9 MARKET IDENTIFICATION & SIZING
Week 9 is about market identification and sizing. This task enables us to identify and extend our target customer to potential customers that may possibly use our application. It is indeed a long piece of statistical research for us to be able to identify the exact percentage of our target customers across the Philippines, as well as align with our concept that these stakeholders could use, access, and benefit from our products. We started from our Total Available Market or (Tam), which are the employed women that are composed of 91.2 percent of the Philippine population. We narrowed it down to our Seviceable Available Market (SAM), which are the married women in Misamis Oriental that are composed of 49.7 percent of the Philippine population. And since we are still figuring out what is best for our concept, considering that we still have a lot of processes to undergo as we develop our start-up concept, we will focus on the Seviceable Obtainable Market (SOM), which are the working mothers based on our survey.

Midterm Authentic Exam
During our midterm authentic exam, we are assigned to pitch our start-up concept. That includes our core, target customer, unique value proposition, customer feedback, and AHA moments.
Before we pitch our product, my team and I have a meeting to review what we should include in our presentation. We delve deeper into understanding and evaluating our core, what our concept entails, and how it might alleviate pain and meet the needs of our target customer. With these, we feel that these are the things that we should be mindful of so that we can manage any questions that may be thrown at us. After understanding our concept idea and how it affects our customers, as well as taking their feedback into account, we have a better sense of what we need to add to our concept to meet the demands of our stakeholders. One of our top focuses is to provide an excellent, reliable, convenient, and user-friendly application.
I can say that we did well in our pitching and, for sure, the suggestions of the panel will be taken into consideration as we further develop our start-up concept. I am very lucky to have my team because they are responsible enough to help build our concept and make it a brilliant one. I can't wait to pursue our concept and be known in the market in the near future.

Customer Feedback
Customer feedback is a vital factor that we, the techie team, should take into consideration because it gives us an idea about what features we should include in developing our start-up concept to help solve the pains of our target customers.
Through this approach, we are able to understand the stories and problems of working moms as well as how they will be able to effectively educate their children while having limited time due to their work. Based on our customer's story and feedback, we were able to plot the features that needed to be added to our application for much more reliable and convenient usage. As we develop our start-up idea, we understand the need to be proactive and reliable in everything that we do. The goal of our startup concept is not just to sell a product or service, but also to alleviate the pains and needs of our stakeholders.

WireFrame & Minimum Viable Product
Week six's job is to build our company concept in a wireframe style while also evaluating our Minimum Value Product (MVP). We were able to come up with all of this by considering the views of our respondents, all of whom are working mothers.
Designing our start-up in a wireframe style is extremely difficult since we must consider a user-friendly application that is suitable for navigation by moms and children, as well as all of the instructional portals being input and highlighted. After numerous brainstorming sessions and evaluating all of our respondents' comments, we were able to begin identifying the things that we needed to include to address the pains of our target respondents. During this week's job, I discovered how important it is to incorporate the opinions of our target responders because they are the ones who offered us an idea as we built our start-up concept.

Customer Workflow & Customer Persona
Long work hours and job-related stress may impair the quality and amount of contacts that moms may have with their children. Week five is all about getting to know our target audience, which is working mothers, so we can gather and understand their workflow and persona. At this point, we'll aim to highlight the difficulties they're facing.
This process definitely gives us a clear grasp on how we are going to address the pains of mothers and their children when it comes to teaching. We recognize the importance of taking into account their difficulties and deciding what to include in our start-up concept in response to their suffering. After gathering their insights and pains, we began to brainstorm with my team and narrow it down in detail to satisfy their needs. We recognize that our goal is to alleviate the pain points of our target audience, not just sell the product.

Hypothesis & Question Survey
We will construct our primary questions and hypotheses in week four. This procedure will assist us in determining the extent of our target audience's suffering. I understand that everything has a purpose in order to ensure a reliable outcome, and the goal of our business idea, AUDIBEE, is to assist mothers in their struggle to keep their children's attention while teaching lessons, as well as to improve their children's memory and vocabulary through listening skills.
We were able to sort things out with the help of our core question and hypothesis, especially through the development of our idea, and there were certain things that added up in building AUDIBEE based on the insights we gathered from our target audience. I know that we are still in the process of honing our idea and we are privileged to welcome suggestions and insights to make our idea an excellent one. I am certain that with our dedication and passion to helping, we will be able to achieve our goals and objectives.

Audibee Techie Team's Main Start-Up Idea
We chose "AUDIBEE" as our major startup idea to build-up for the entire semester, based on the team's top 5 startup ideas and our instructor's consultation and evaluation. We were able to analyze the potential worth of our chosen proposal to its target audience during the presentation.
The challenge of mothers and instructors to keep up with their children's attention is the suffering that this startup idea will alleviate. This will be used as a teaching tool for children, as well as a tool to assist moms and instructors in improving their children's listening skills.
Audibee gives academic lectures, similar to audio books, to help students improve their vocabulary and grammar. Additionally, when the children listen to it on a regular basis, their listening skills will considerably improve.
The Audibee application will provide a category of assessment depending on the age capability of children, starting from the easiest to the most difficult category. This is to test the listening skills of children and how far they understand based on what they hear without any visual elements shown. It will also broaden the imagination of children and sharpen their memories, which will surely lead them to be analytically minded as soon as they do a hands-on task.
We, the Teachie Team, are delighted to expand on this start-up concept and humbly plead to help address the pain of its target audience. We strive to deliver convenience as well as resourceful innovation in relation to a single core in order to meet the needs of its stakeholders.

Techie Team: Appointing positions and delegation of tasks
By evaluating the results of our individuals' MBTI and BIIT tests, we were able to identify our strengths and weaknesses while also considering the skill set of the team. In this way, we were able to assign who would be the Hustler (CEO), Hucker (Engineer), and Hipster (Designer). For me, identifying the skill set of the team is one way to make the delegation of tasks more convenient, especially in building a start-up project where we really have to showcase our individuals' expertise.
My team is fortunate in that we have a skill set that matches the requirements of the role. As a result, I am convinced that we will be more productive as soon as we begin our project because the duty delegation has already been established. During our discussion, it became very evident that we could finish the task on time since my team instinctively recognizes work that pertains to their area of expertise. Through our collaborative brainstorming, we were able to easily identify the relevance and trends of today, so that our output would be more engaging to the primary audience with whom we were dealing. We've already settled on our concepts and the procedures we'll take to ensure the success of our project. I believed that with our collaborative efforts, willingness to cooperate, and the skill set that we have as a team, we could make the impossible possible.
I will do my best as a team hustler to lead my team as effectively and productively as possible. When dealing with matters in my team, I will always strive for good relationships and will be open and honest about my views and feelings, and I will endeavor to portray the proposals we've agreed upon as excellent ideas.

Berkeley Innovation Index Test (BIIT) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Assessment.
My analytic percentages of trust, resilience, diversity belief, allocation, collaboration, comfort zone, and innovation were good, indicating that I am prepared for whatever task I face, as I am the type of person who plans everything ahead of time. As a result of my personal innovation mindset level, I am confident that I could portray and demonstrate an efficient work.
For me, this assessment was merely a guidepost for evaluating our strengths and weaknesses in order to improve and evolve in different situations in life. The most significant factor in accomplishing our goals, in my opinion, is our focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance in achieving them. That's what's important.

Berkeley Innovation Index Test (BIIT) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Assessment.
I was able to discover more about my personality qualities by answering honestly to the Berkeley Innovation Index Test and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. It provides me a narrow grasp of the meaning behind my behaviors and thoughts, as well as how I cope with people and situations around me. Because it shows your strengths and flaws, this is also a crucial self-evaluation that will allow you to improve or enhance your abilities. We can also simply analyze and demonstrate the less relevant aspects in this way. In my situation, I couldn't have imagined myself as a commander without observing the attributes that I've been demonstrating to get things done on time, especially when it's a team effort.
Through these self-assessments, it gives me the confidence to demonstrate things which I am passionate about, especially if they deal with people. Aside from what I have accomplished in my academic career over the years, I am confident in my ability to achieve more. I am the type of person who never settles for less and always sets high goals because I feel that there is always an opportunity for development.
These assessments will only serve as a guidepost for our actions, but at the end of the day, it is our experience, failure, and perception of things that matter. We may all make mistakes at some point, but that doesn’t define who we are. You can never go wrong as long as you have your life's center and purpose. Being a commander doesn’t mean you always have to put things to work. It also means self-professed passion, dedication, and hard work to see if you are good to be follow. For me, it is not always your actions that prove your efficacy; it is always the success of your outcomes that counts.
