PvE damage is reduced by 10% upon detonation(PvP damage remains same).

reset chance has been reduced to 25% from 35%.

reset chance has been reduced to 30% from 45%.

Glyph of energy(rare)

reset chance has been reduced to 35% from 50%.

Sorcerer

PvE & PvP damage has been increased by 20%.

Ice needle

PvE & PvP damage has been increased by 20%.

Flame pillar

PvE & PvP damage has been decreased by 40%.

Overchannel

now only procs with following skills :

PvE damage has been increased by 20%(PvP damage remains same)
