Interruption
Actor Wally x GN Reader
______________________
The film studio was a bustling hub of activity, with humans and puppets alike darting back and forth, working to bring the show "Welcome Home" to life.
In the center of it all was Actor, the main lead. Standing at his full 3 feet, his blue hair perfectly coiffed.
He strutted through the studio, greeting most everyone) with a charming smile.
Today, he was feeling especially affectionate, and he was determined to show his special person just how much they meant to him, even if it made him a bit flustered.
Actor spotted Y/n by the coffee machine, their usual spot in the morning. He double checked if his attire was neat, before tiptoeing over, intending to surprise them.
"Good morning, darl-"
He couldn't finish his sentence as he got picked up. Which wasn't hard with his gremlin size.
As soon as Y/n wrapped their arms around him, Actor went limp, melting into the embrace. His cheeks turned a rosy hue, and he buried his face in their shoulder. "Missed you." He mumbled, barely audible.
Just as the two where about to continue, a voice interrupted the tender moment.
"There you are, Mr. Darling. We need to go over the schedule for tomorrow's shoot."
It was Janet, one of the studio's assistants. She was a tall, no-nonsense woman, known for her strict adherence to the schedule and her less-than-friendly attitude towards the puppets, particularly Actor. Her tone was curt, and her timing couldn't have been worse. The couple didn't miss the judging stare they got from the position they where in.
His flustered delight immediately shifted to irritation, while his expressive eyes narrowed. He straightened his posture, turning to face her with a steely look. "Janet, we're in the middle of something important here." He said, his voice taking on a sharper edge. "This can wait."
Her crossed her arms, a slight sneer playing on her lips. "Important, huh? Well, some of us have real work to do. Not everyone can sit around playing cute all day."
Just cute?
Oh, how that sentence bothered him. Yes, Actor was aware with his appearance and height he was seem as a small adorable thing.
But he worked so incredibly hard to be here, to acquire the place and position he had now. And this women always undermined him, trying to challenge his competence and confidence.
Sometimes he wished he was actually taller and stronger, maybe even more masculine just to scare her off and make her stay in her lane for once. As his assistant, a role he gracefully allowed her to have after she screwed up on set.
With how he was now, a cute small puppet she would always try to walk over him even if he got serious.
Y/n felt a pang of concern, seeing Actors cheerful demeanor quickly replaced by his bossy, scrutinizing persona. They knew how much he struggled with moments like these, where his authority was questioned or his professionalism was undermined.
They continued securely holding him into their arms, and he still managed to look sassy like this, thanks to this hold he was able to be on eye-level with her.
Actor, however, wasn't about to back down. "Janet, I suggest you check the schedule again. I'm on break right now, and as for 'playing cute,' remember that being 'cute' is part of why 'Welcome Home' is as popular as it is." His voice was firm, leaving no room for argument. "And while we're at it, I'd appreciate it if you showed a bit more respect. We're all professionals here, and I expect you to treat me with the same courtesy you extend to the human cast."
Her face flushed slightly, a mix of embarrassment and irritation. She opened her mouth to retort, but he cut her off. "If there's nothing else, I'd like to continue my break with my partner. We can discuss the schedule after."
Y/n could see the tension in Actors stance, his small frame practically vibrating with the effort to maintain his composure. They squeezed his shoulder gently, hoping to calm him. Janet huffed, rolling her eyes before muttering something rude under her breath and walking away.
As she disappeared around the corner, he let out a heavy sigh, the bravado draining from him. He turned to them, his eyes apologetic.
"I'm sorry about that." He said, his voice softening. "I didn't mean to get so worked up."
Y/n shook their head, smiling reassuringly. "It's okay. You stood up for yourself, and that's important. Don't let people like her get under your skin. She doesn't see the amazing puppet I see."
Actor smiled, the warmth returning to his eyes. "You always know how to make me feel better." He reached up and took their hand again, feeling a wave of affection wash over him. "I guess I still have a lot to learn about handling things like this."
As they wrapped up for the day, Actor took Y/n's hand, his face flushing but his grip firm. "Walk with me?" He asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
They walked through the now quiet studio, hand in hand. Actor was uncharacteristically silent, lost in thought. Finally, he stopped and turned to face Y/n, taking a deep breath. "I know I can be a bit much sometimes." He began, his voice trembling slightly. "But you make me want to be better. I'm trying, for you."
Y/n smiled, their eyes soft with affection. "I know and you're doing great. I love you just the way you are."
His eyes widened, and he felt his heart swell, feeling like his stuffing might burst from all the affection.
"I love you too." He said, his voice strong and clear for once.
With them, underneath the dim studio lights, he felt truly at home. He had his friends, his fans, and most importantly, his partner by his side. And while he might be a diva, he was determined to be the best version of himself for them.

Christmas tradition
Lovesick Wally x GN Reader
______________________
It was Christmas Eve, and Y/n, bundled in a warm coat and carrying a small gift, approached Lovesicks house. Or rather, they approached Home, the sentient house that he lived in. The puppet had been under strict quarantine for his intense lovesickness for what felt like ages now. It wasn't anything contagious at this point, but his symptoms, mainly overwhelming affection and obsession, had become a little too much for the neighborhood to handle.
Though every neighbor made sure to send a Christmas card delivered by Eddie. They where all set up in Home's window counter holding sentimental value.
From inside, they could see him peering out from behind his window, his eyes lighting up the second he spotted them.
"Y/n! Oh, darling!" Lovesick called out, pressing his face against the glass. "You came to see me! You really do care!"
Y/n waved with a smile, though they couldn't help but feel a twinge of guilt seeing him behind the glass like that. It was Christmas, after all. "Of course! I thought I'd drop by to check on you. How are you holding up?"
He sighed dramatically, leaning even closer to the window as if he were some sort of tragic, love-struck figure in a romance movie. "Oh, Y/n, it's been so hard. I've missed you terribly. This house is no substitute for the joy your presence brings me."
"Well, it's only temporary, right? Quarantine can't last forever."
"But... since it's Christmas... surely, just this once, can't you come inside? Just for today?"
Home's door rattled slightly, as if it disapproved, but Lovesick gave the house a pleading look. Still, it was Christmas, and they felt a little bad leaving him behind the glass.
Y/n hesitated. They knew it was probably a bad idea. Lovesicks obsession had been the reason he was on lockdown in the first place, and Home was notoriously strict about keeping him inside. But seeing him so lonely tugged at their heartstrings.
"Just for today?" They asked cautiously, looking between him and the house.
His smile was sweet but had a hint of something more. "Just for today." He promised. "I promise, nothing weird."
They sighed, feeling their resolve waver. "Alright, just for today."
The door to Home creaked open as they stepped inside.
No sooner had they crossed the threshold and the sick patient inside rushed toward them, almost too eager.
"Oh, darling! It's so good to have you here!" He practically beamed, pulling them further into the house. "Let's make this Christmas special."
As they entered the living room. It was covered in holiday decorations, twinkling lights, garlands, and stockings hung on the walls. But there was one thing that caught their eye... or, rather, many things.
"Mistletoe?" Y/n blinked, staring up at the ceiling. It was everywhere, literally hundreds of sprigs of mistletoe hanging from the ceiling in every possible corner.
"Oh, is it?" Lovesick said, his voice laced with innocence as he followed their gaze. "How silly of me... I must've gotten a little carried away with the decorating!" He laughed lightly, though there was a mischievous glint in his eyes.
The entire house was a mistletoe minefield.
Before Y/n could respond, Lovesick quickly stepped under the nearest mistletoe, giving them a very exaggerated, wide-eyed look.
"Oh, would you look at that?" He glanced up at the mistletoe above them, then back at Y/n, his lips puckering ever so slightly. "It's tradition, after all."
They sighed, pinching the bridge of their nose wondering why they'd ever agree to come inside.
"Just a quick one!" He interrupted their thoughts, leaning in and giving them a quick peck on the cheek. "There! See? Nothing too crazy!"
They tried to step away, but he seemed to have strategically placed himself under every single mistletoe. Wherever Y/n moved, he was there, ready to sneak another kiss. Every few steps, another sprig hung overhead, and every time, Lovesick would pause dramatically.
"Oh, would you look at that! More mistletoe! You know the rules." He leaned in again, this time planting a quick kiss on their forehead.
"Buddy..."
"You wouldn't want to break Christmas tradition, would you?" He teased, his voice practically dripping with playful manipulation. "It's bad luck to ignore mistletoe, Y/n. Terrible luck."
As they moved further into the house, it became apparent that there was no escape.
Every few steps, another mistletoe appeared, and the puppet just so happened to find himself standing under each and every one of them.
"Oh no, look! Another one! What are the odds?" Lovesick exclaimed, catching Y/n off guard and swooping in for another kiss, this time on the forehead.
"Lovesick, you-"
By the fifth or sixth time, Y/n was very much onto him and his movements, raising their hands defensively every time they saw another mistletoe. But Lovesick was persistent, sliding under the decorations with the grace of someone who had clearly spent way too much time planning this.
After what felt like the fiftieth kiss under the mistletoe, they huffed annoyed.
"You seriously hung up all these mistletoes just to-"
"I just wanted to make sure we followed the traditions." Lovesick said sweetly, batting his eyes innocently. "I didn't want us to miss anything important."
Y/n groaned, rubbing their temples. "This is exactly why Home keeps you in lockdown."
He just smiled wider, pulling them toward yet another mistletoe. "One more for good luck?"
They finally gave in, laughing. "Fine. But after this, I'm sitting down, far away from the ceiling."
Lovesick gave a triumphant little cheer before giving them one final kiss on the cheek. "Merry Christmas, darling."
As they sat down, Y/n couldn't help but smile. Despite his sneaky and overly affectionate antics, it wasn't such a bad way to spend Christmas.

Confession
Priest Wally x GN Reader
______________________
The sun was setting over the quaint little town, casting long shadows on the vibrantly painted houses. It was another day in Welcome Home, where smiles were wide and eyes bright, especially when they were focused on Priest, the ever-charming and charismatic leader of the town's oddly intense religious devotion to HOME.
Priest, with his pompadour perfectly coiffed and his yellow felt skin glowing in the waning light, stood near the town's central shrine, an imposing structure dedicated to HOME, the "benevolent" entity that everyone seemed to adore. Everyone, that is, except for the newest neighbor in town, Y/n.
The human, who had arrived in little town a few weeks ago, wasn't exactly keen on the whole cult thing. They were the type of person who valued their independence. This puppet, however, was relentless.
He had tried his best, in the most charming and subtle ways, to nudge them toward worshipping his god like the others, but they always had an excuse.
"Ah, Priest, you know. I would come to the prayer meeting, but I'm, uh... allergic to incense!"
"I've got to reorganize my sock drawer tonight. You know how it is, busy busy!"
"Sorry, Priest, but my cat doesn't like cults."
And these where just some of the things they once said, often wrinkling their nose dramatically.
Priest was used to people being eager to follow his every word, so Y/n's stubbornness was both irritating and... oddly intriguing.
Every time they deflected, he found himself both annoyed and strangely captivated. They weren't like the others, and that refusal to be a sheep in the flock set them apart in his mind.
One evening, as Y/n was walking down the street, likely on their way to avoid yet another prayer gathering like the plague, Priest intercepted them, blocking their path with his signature sunny smile.
"Neighbor!" Priest greeted in his usual singsong voice, hands clasped behind his back. "Have you reconsidered attending our evening service tonight? I'm sure HOME would love to have a new follower, and your presence would be just... delightful."
Y/n gave a weak smile, rubbing the back of their neck. "Ah, yeah, about that... I was actually just on my way to-"
But before they could finish their excuse, the towns leader smile faltered. His eyes, usually bright with fervor, dimmed for a moment as he let out a deep, weary sigh. Then, unexpectedly, he dropped the ever-charming persona, slumping his shoulders dramatically.
"You know what? Forget it." He muttered, running a hand through his pompadour as he leaned against the nearby fence. "I can't keep doing this."
They blinked, frozen in confusion. "Uh... doing what?"
"This!" Priest exclaimed, waving his hands toward the shrine in exasperation. "Running this cult, trying to get everyone to worship HOME all the time, keeping up the whole 'perfect leader' act! It's exhausting!"
Y/n stared, their mouth slightly open in shock. "Uh... okay? I mean, you don't have to-"
"I don't think you get it, Y/n." He interrupted, pacing now as he vented. "HOME is always hungry for more attention, more prayers, more sacrifices. It's like, I can't even have a day off. And the followers? Oh, don't get me started on them! They're all so willing, so easily led, like litteral little puppets—no offense." he added, gesturing to his own puppet self. "But you? You're not like them. You actually say 'no,' and it's... it's refreshing! But also incredibly annoying! Do you know how hard it is to convince you?"
They stood there, unsure of whether to be flattered or to make a run for it. "Uh, I can imagine?"
Priest threw his hands up. "And don't even get me started on the confessions! Day in and day out, I have to listen to every single villager confess their sins, and it's always the same thing! 'Oh Priest, I accidentally broke a plate today,' or 'Priest, I thought a bad thought about my neighbor.' It's like, who cares?! Can't someone have an interesting sin for once?"
...
...
Why is he venting to you. Go back to your church-
The human blinked again, trying to process this sudden and very bizarre venting session from the lunatic puppet, thinking of how to get out of here asap.
"Well, I mean, uh, running a cult sounds like a lot of work..."
"It is a lot of work!"
Priest Let out a enraged shout, stopping mid-pace to stare at Y/n with wide eyes, as if they had finally understood the burden he carried.
"You'd think being a cult leader would have its perks, but nooooo! It's just endless responsibilities! Sacrifices, ceremonies, pretending I know what HOME really wants, spoiler alert, I have no idea! I just keep throwing apples at the shrine and hoping for the best!"
Y/n took a step back, awkwardly glancing around, wondering if there was any immediate way to escape this conversation. "Wow, that sounds... rough. Maybe you should, like, take a break? Or delegate some of the work to someone else?"
Priest groaned dramatically, rubbing his temples. "I wish! But no one else can do it like I do. And I can't just stop, Y/n! HOME would be furious. And do you know what happens when he is furious? The walls start creaking, the doors slam, it's a whole thing. It's terrifying."
There was definitely some real fear in his voice but it was quickly masked with deep rooted resentment and tiredness.
Y/n's eyes widened. "Uh, yeah, that does sound terrifying..."
Priest leaned in closer, narrowing his eyes as he whispered conspiratorially. "And I'm pretty sure HOME watches me. All. The. Time."
Y/n swallowed nervously, glancing at the church. "Right... well, maybe-"
You could swear there was a large eye from the one of the windows glaring at you both.
Priest straightened up suddenly, brushing off his clothes and putting his cheerful smile back on as if the entire venting session had never happened. "Anyway! Enough about me! I suppose I've kept you long enough, dear neighbor. You should go rest up, and we'll talk more about HOME later, alright?"
Y/n blinked, completely thrown by the sudden switch. "Uh... yeah, sure. Later."
Priest smile brightened again as he waved. "Goodbye for now, Y/n! I'll see you at the next prayer session, whether you like it or not." He chuckled softly, but there was an edge to his words that sent a chill down their spine.
As they hurried away, eager to put some distance between themselves and the cult leader's erratic behavior, they couldn't help but glance back over their shoulder. He was still standing there, smiling warmly, but his eyes shimmered with something unreadable.
Y/n sighed, shaking their head. "I really need to find a new place to live... but dammit the rent is cheap here."
As they disappeared down the street, Priest smile never faltered, but his voice was soft, barely above a whisper as he watched them go.
"Until we meet again, dear neighbor. Until we meet again."

Gift
Lovesick Wally x GN Reader
______________________
Y/n pushed open their apartment door, exhausted from yet another chaotic day at work, especially now, right in the thick of the holiday season. All they wanted was to collapse into bed and ignore everything, Christmas, obligations, everything until the morning. They dropped their keys on the counter, kicked off their shoes, and shuffled down the hall, ready to plop into bed.
But as they opened their bedroom door, they stopped dead in their tracks.
There, in the middle of their bed, was a sneaky intruder, specifically Lovesick, wrapped like a Christmas gift in crimson satin, a large overly festive bow across his chest. He lay there, arms folded behind his head, wearing a smirk that was at once endearing and now completely infuriating.
"Well, well. " Lovesick drawled, his voice dripping with playful charm. "I hope you didn't already have a gift this year, because I thought you might appreciate something... irreplaceable."
Y/n stared at him, expression blank, though the telltale warmth spreading across their cheeks betrayed them. They let out a slow breath, hands on their hips. "Lovey." They sighed, trying their best to keep their voice steady. "What are you doing here?"
"Why, being festive, of course!" He replied, his heart eyes gleaming with amusement. He tilted his head and gave a little pout, adding, "Thought you could use some holiday cheer after a long day. Aren't you going to... unwrap me?"
They rolled their own eyes, though they couldn't ignore the faint blush creeping up their neck. "I'm not dealing with this tonight." They turned and headed back out of the bedroom.
He blinked, his confident smile faltering slightly as he watched them go. "Wait, where are you going?" he called out, straining against the silky fabric wrapped around him.
"To sleep." They replied with a yawn, grabbing a pillow and blanket from the hall closet before plopping onto the couch. They tucked themselves in, facing away from the hallway.
Lovesick was silent for a moment before he let out a mock-offended huff. "You're really just going to leave me all... wrapped up like this?"
He started rolling around in bed, letting out a sad whine as he realized he couldn't even untie himself in this state, seeing that was supposed to be their job. And now he was stuck in a less fun way than anticipated.
"Goodnight."
"Not even a goodnight kiss?"
"Goodnight. Lovey." They said more firmly, trying to keep their voice indifferent.
They could practically feel him pouting from across the apartment. But even with the exasperation, they couldn't deny that a smile tugged at their lips. And that faint blush? It wasn't going anywhere.
Y/n rolled over on the couch, covering their face to muffle the chuckle they couldn't quite hold back.

Dinner date
Butcher Wally x GN Reader
______________________
The restaurant was dimly lit, the kind of place with candles on every table and waiters dressed in clean white shirts and black ties. Y/n sat across from Butcher, their leg bouncing nervously under the table. They weren't sure how they'd been roped into this, well, roped wasn't the right word. It had been more of a very persistent invitation that didn't seem optional.
He sat calmly, almost statuesque, his unnervingly sharp eyes scanning the room with lazy disinterest. His work outfit and apron had been swapped for a suit (which wasn't buttoned properly and still had questionable stains), but the air of menace lingered. Even seated, his presence dominated the space, every grin just a little too sharp to be friendly.
Y/n cleared their throat, their voice coming out more wobbly than they wanted. "So... uh, do you come here often?"
Butchers eyes snapped to them, and he chuckled, low and amused. "No, I don't typically go for places like this. Too... sanitized for my tastes."
They laughed nervously. "Right. Sanitized. Of course."
They both fell silent, glancing over the menus. Y/n pretended to read theirs while sneaking glances at Butcher. His face remained impassive, but his fingers tapped idly against the edge of the table.
Finally, they couldn't take it anymore. "Uh, Butcher? You've been staring at that menu for a while. Can't find anything you like?"
His lips curled into a grin, a flash of teeth that sent a chill down their spine. He set the menu down with a soft thud. "Oh, I've found plenty of things I like, sweetheart. Just not on here."
Y/n blinked, their nervous laugh catching in their throat. "What... what do you mean?"
Butcher leaned forward, elbows resting on the table, his grin widening. "Let's just say." He began, his voice dripping with dark humor. "The meat I prefer isn't exactly on the menu."
They stared at him, their brain spinning. Was he joking? Was this one of his dark puns?
Before they could respond, Butcher tilted his head, his curls catching the flicker of candlelight, and added with a wink. "Don't worry, I'm not about to order you rare. Yet."
Y/n nearly knocked their glass over in their rush to grab it, taking a shaky sip. "Ha. Funny. You're so... funny."
The puppet sat back, watching them with a smug expression that screamed cat with a cornered mouse. The waiter arrived, thankfully breaking the tension, and took their orders. The human quickly chose something simple, not trusting their voice to hold steady much longer.
"And for you, sir?" The waiter asked the more unpleasant guest, who hadn't picked up the menu again.
"I'll take whatever steak you've got." He replied smoothly. "Bloody. Very bloody."
The waiter blinked, clearly unnerved. "Uh... rare, then?"
"Rare's a good start." Butcher said, his grin returning.
The waiter scurried off, and Y/n exhaled, trying to regain composure. "You're really something, you know that?"
He chuckled. "I've been called worse."
Y/n couldn't help a small smile. As much as his dark jokes made their skin crawl, there was an odd charm to him. He wasn't pretending to be someone he wasn't, and for some reason, that honesty, however terrifying, felt refreshing.
"So." Butcher said, folding his hands on the table and giving them his full attention."Tell me. What made you agree to this little dinner?"
They hesitated, fidgeting with their napkin. "I... I guess I was curious. And you, uh, insisted."
Butcher let out a low laugh. "Fair. I do have a way of getting what I want."
His gaze was heavy, pinning them in place like a butterfly on display. But before Y/n could spiral too deeply into their nerves, their food arrived.
As Butchers steak was set in front of him, he glanced at it with vague disinterest before raising his glass. "A toast?"
Y/n quickly picked up their glass, nodding. "Sure, uh, to... what are we toasting to?"
His grin turned wicked. "To new connections, darling. And to knowing exactly what you're getting yourself into."
They nervously clinked glasses with him, the sound ringing out like a warning bell.
As Y/n sipped their drink, they couldn't shake the feeling that Butcher wasn't talking about dinner.

Microscopic mistake
Rainbow Factory Wally x GN Reader
______________________
"The biggest scam in life was Rainbow saying he wouldn't get angry if I told him the truth."
Y/n muttered this under their breath as they stood in Rainbows office, nervously twisting their fingers.
Their boss stood across the desk, his white lab coat pristine, his hands clasped behind his back. His face was unreadable, except for the slight twitch of his long hair that betrayed his barely contained irritation.
"Explain." Rainbow said, his voice calm and cold, which was somehow worse than outright yelling. The silence stretched, and Y/n swore the whirring machinery in the factory below grew louder just to mock them.
"Well..." Y/n hesitated. "You see, it's not that big of a deal. Just a... tiny mistake."
He raised a single, sharp brow. "A tiny mistake."
"Yeah! Like, super tiny. Microscopic, really!" They grinned nervously, hoping humor might save them. It didn't.
"Enlighten me."
They took a deep breath. "Okay, so... remember how you told me to double-check the color calibrations for today's production run?"
"Yes." He replied, his tone clipped.
"And how you said—uh—'Y/n, if you mess this up, there will be consequences'? And I said, 'Don't worry, boss, I've got this'?"
"Yes." His eyes narrowed.
"Well, funny story..." They let out a nervous laugh. "Instead of double-checking the calibrations, I kind of... maybe... accidentally set them to grayscale?"
Silence. Absolute, deafening silence.
"Grayscale." Rainbow repeated slowly, as if testing the weight of the word.
Y/n nodded rapidly. "Yup! So, uh, instead of a rainbow of vibrant colors, the factory is currently producing... fifty shades of grey. Literally."
Rainbows expression didn't change, but the way he leaned forward slightly over the desk made Y/n's survival instincts scream.
"You mean to tell me." He began, his voice icy. "That an entire day's worth of production, the very foundation of this factory, has been turned into artistic monotony because you didn't double-check the settings?"
"Artistic monotony is one way to put it." They mumbled, then immediately regretted it.
Rainbow straightened, pinching the bridge of his nose with an exasperated sigh. "Do you know what happens to assistants who make mistakes like this?"
"Um... they get promoted?" Y/n offered weakly.
Rainbows eyes snapped to them, and they quickly added. "Kidding! Totally kidding!"
He stepped around the desk, moving closer, and they instinctively backed up until their back hit the wall. Together with his tall stature, he had a presence that could silence a room—or an assistant's smart mouth.
"I should throw you into the Color Recalibrator and see how you like being reduced to grayscale." He muttered darkly.
They gulped. "I'd prefer not to, if I'm being honest."
Rainbow stopped, tilting his head as if considering the idea. Then, with a sigh, he straightened and adjusted his coat. "Fix it. Now. Or you'll find out firsthand how forgiving I really am."
Y/n bolted for the door, muttering to themselves. "Yup, biggest scam ever. He definitely gets angry."
As they scrambled to fix the mistake, the tired puppet man leaned against his desk, letting out a low huff. "Fifty shades of grey." He murmured to himself, shaking his head. "Unbelievable."
As much as his incompetent assistant drove him mad, he didn't have to heart to get rid of them. At least so far.

𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘢𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯
Rainbow Factory Wally x GN Reader
- - - - -
"Don't touch any of the machines, there are camera's everywhere. If you still do I will know about it."
Rainbow stated, already regretting to give his alternative versions a tour in his factory.
"And stop bothering my personal assistant, I need them to focus on their job."
Y/n turned to face him, trying to give him reassuring look.
"They aren't that distracting, I can multi task just just fine.”
"You don't look half bad in that labcoat, better than your boss over there." Opposite mumbled.
"Oh thank you-" Y/n heard him and tried be polite.
"I wasn't complimenting you, geez no need to smile."
"Hmm sure."
His face was slightly flushed as he acted all defensively while they just calmly stared at him.
"I think you would look even better without it~" Lovesick joined the conversation, the tone in his voice was very flirty.
"To bad, the labcoats are mandatory." Y/n laughed, seeing no harm in comment.
They where about to say something else but another one of the bunch was already trying to get their attention.
"Get your grabby hands away from that-"
"You are no fun!"
Rainbow was restraining Opposite from mixing different vials with colors together. Wasting the substances as he had no clue on how the techniques they normally used here.
"My sincere apologies but it seems like three members of our group have disappeared...." Royal said apologetically.
Mob had sneaked away to rob the factory cafeteria snacks. His presence intimidating the poor staff.
Actor went out of his way to give out authographs of himself. Also trying to demand- convince everyone to watch his show.
Original had accidentally gotten separated from the group and gotten lost. He was crying somewhere in random hallway.
"We have a sick patiënt here, we might need to head to the infirmary." Priest added, as he pointed at Lovesick who had black substance leaking from his mouth and eyes, leaving stains everywhere.
So all in all things wheren't going that smoothly.
Rainbow looked like he was about to snap, Y/n took his hand leading him away to empty room.
"I shall ban all of them permanently from setting foot again on my property."
"Boss, you are clearly stressed out, let me handle this."
He looked at them, the cold look in his eyes became a bit softer, a bit more caring.
"No, you shouldn't concern yourself with them. Those idiots are my responsibility, not yours."
"But I want to help you, now sit and relax. Imma bring those puppets in line."
He felt his lips slighty curl up into a amused smile.
He had seen them tackle down escaping test subjects and using the grinder to drain color from bodies. Now he thought about it, this might actually be to easy for them.
"You get twenty minutes to get them all in my office."
"I’ll do it in fifteen if you take me out on to a nice restaurant of my choice and you'll be paying for everything."
Rainbow knew they would purposely pick a really fancy and pricy place to drain his funds. He stared at his watch, contemplating. Y/n waited for his anwser, looking at him challenging him to agree or they would call him a scared chicken to his face.
"You get ten minutes, or else we are splitting the costs."
"Deal!"
"Ah free food~ Nothing I love more in this world." Y/n smiled, letting out a exaggerated sigh.
"I can't believe they charge such a ridiculous amount of money for a simple salad." Rainbow grumpily remarked as he stared at the menu card.
The assistant stared at their boss, happy he took the time to dress up for the occasion, it almost felt like a date.
"If you wanted to hold my hand you could've just asked." They giggled, feigning innocence as his prosthetic was placed on top of their hand (having moved it themselves as he wasn't paying attention).
"I don't recall leaving my hand in that position... someone is in a cheeky mood I see." He said, now putting pressure onto the weight of his arm, trapping their hand under his one.
"Hey! I still need that arm to eat."
"That's to bad, afterall I just wanted to hold your hand so badly." He said mockingly.
Y/n tried to get free but their attempts where in vain, now they couldn't properly eat as they had terrible coordination skills with their other hand.
Rainbow smiled maliciously as he held up a spoonfull of food for them. He used his own free hand to hold it out for them to eat from.
"You seem to be struggling, let me help you."
"I don't want to be spoonfed, I'm not a kid (you wheren't Ophelia 🥰) !"
"Should've thought about that earlier, I don't intend on letting go of your arm now. So accept my offer here or starve."
"Can you at least give me something tasty, I don't want your salad. Unlike you I'm not on a diet."
Rainbow shoved the spoonful of his healthy nutritious meal into Y/n's mouth, deaf to their protests and complaints.

Grayscale Wally x GN Reader
Warning: Angst

Y/n was watching the television, trying to follow the movements of the yoga instructor on screen. Feeling in a funny mood they decided to try it out for themselves.
Sadly you where not build for this.
The ringing of the front caused them to lose focus once again, falling face first on the carpet. Groaning in pain they slowly got up.
It was already dark outside, normally no one would even consider going out at a hour like this.
"What happened?!"
Y/n asked in worry and panic as a sickly looking Grayscale stood shivering on their porch. He was terrible shape, even more than usual.
He was fumbling with his hands, not meeting their gaze. He never intended to involve others in his problems.
"Home kicked me out."
Grayscale mumbled, trying to mentally block out the conflict earlier today. He and it had a fight so to say and now he was homeless (+ a little more traumatized).
This neighborhood wasn't safe in the darkest hours, without a house he had no protection or basic living necessities.
"I totally understand it if you don't want me around." He sniffled. "With this sickness of mine...I don't want you or anyone else to turn grey either."
"Silly, I'll always be here for you. In sickness or health." They reassured. "Please come inside."
You would be there for a friend in need.
The human gently took his hand, leading the puppet inside their living room.
Grayscale stared at their Y/n's hand, feeling their warmth and seeing the color fade on their fingertips where he touched them.
He felt repulsed by taking away the light and brightness of his favorite neighbor.
Tears welt up in his eyes and he began breaking down, sobbing uncontrollably. Feeling pathetic and helpless.
"I'm just a dumb puppet... this world isn't even... it's all fake- Why do you even bother with me, I don't deserve it." He mumbled to himself, grey tears dripping from his eyes.
"Shhsss it's alright I'm here." They softy whispered, using their hand to wipe some of the tears away.
It broke their heart seeing him like this.
"It's okay to feel sad right now, it's natural. I just... hope that you don't stay like this for too long. I don't like the idea of you being sad."
"Why do you care so much?"
Y/n stared at him in silence for a moment, thinking back of their memories with him. Grayscale was the first to welcome them.
He helped with befriending the other neighbors when they were socially awkward. Always so charming and sweet.
Things changed when Grayscale got sick, he acted more distant. Bottling up his feelings and emotions but he was still Y/n's most precious friend.
"Cause I love you. I can't let someone I love suffer like this." They replied, giving him a affectionate look.
Their hand was still holding his but now they used the opportunity to intertwine their fingers together more intimately.
"Oh... you do? You really do?!" He shouted in surprise, feeling like he was just hearing things.
A dark grey color tinted his cheeks, he tries using his free hand to cover up his face. He hadn't felt very loved in a long time.
It made him feel a bit better on the inside, a happy tingly feeling.
"Now it's time for the half forward bend-" It sounded from the sound system.
Grayscale looked back and forth between Y/n and the television trying to see if he was doing it right. The two had settled on watching what was on the screen... which where yoga instructions.
It was embarrassing to say the least, neither one of them was very flexible. Though it was a good activity to keep his mind of the negative things.
"Your doing great!" Y/n shouted supportively as they where trying to keep their legs straight and back as flat as possible while touching the carpet with their hands.
"My back is killing me." Grey whined, attempting to copy the movements. Trying not to blush at the strange positions they where both in.
"We follow it up with the cat-crow stretch!" It came once again from the sound system.
