Lately the probability of finding a comment like this in the notes has gone up from 100% to a 10000% and it’s seriously impacting our user experience.

I have been here since 2010, @staff. Started out as wolf blog and in 2012 I used to share my poetry and made eight super good friends to which I am still talking today! But now what?

It’s pretty safe to say that there are a number of bot networks active on this website. The one asking for bitcoin and the aforementioned ‘looking for fun’ one for example. The bots follow a pattern and because it’s a network it should be easy to roll up.

I know we always point at @staff to fix this, but honestly, it’s not an easy fix. I know many people block bots, but do we also report and flag them? How does staff respond to flags?

Anyway, here is what I and 10,000 other people who started following this blog over the last 24 hours propose:

We purge the bots. The porn bots. All of them. This is going to be one big COORDINATED effort to destroy the bots!

For one month we are going to report and flag those blogs, and make sure we cut their profits so they don’t make enough money to support their bot network.

It’s very important that we do this as a community. This is a movement. Everyone has to join so we can limit the outcome of this battle to only two possibilities:

We win this battle

@staff really doesn’t give a shit

Unboxing My Playing Card Oracles Haul

Hi there, this is your friendly neighborhood woo-woo person Orihime-Maychan, and for today I am finally completing my half-assed post about my unboxing, which happened about a month ago. Because real life ate my time. *sigh of relief* Finally, I got my haul. 😁 Very excited to work with my decks and the book.

This is pretty much what was inside my parcel: the paper wrappings look so cute with the designs and stuff. There were even stickers and some plastic bookmarks:

As a sucker for paper products and stationery, I already am loving this whole thing.

But wait! It gets even better when the stuff gets unpacked (and I didn’t wanna unravel the cute stripey string).

Here is the Vintage or the Original Playing Card Oracles Deck, which is actually titled The Picture Book Book of Ana Cortez. 

It was wrapped in a sparkly, glittery ribbon and it didn’t show Lady Oracle’s lovely face but at least the Ace of Hearts had its face out. Somewhat.

This deck is quite rare since it’s the last surviving bunch so if you could head over to Ms Ana Cortez’s site here, you can check it out, including other fun stuff. It’s a bit pricey tho, compared to the US Games Edition Version of this same deck (it’s smaller, and I plan to get that one too, once I get the dough. lol hoarder mode), but if you work with energies, then you’ll find that this deck is really quite magical. I’ll make a long-ass review of it later. 

Another deck that I also bought is the Alchemy Edition deck, which comes in two sizes: the Poker-sized deck which is as large as your regular playing card deck and a bit thicker, and the really chunky Large Size deck, so they’re basically the same, it just depends on what your needs would be, like portability or if your baby hands can hold the whole thing, or if you wanna make the pictures come alive. Here’s a side-by-side comparison of the two in their pouches:

I read an older review that says the pouch had an Ace of Clubs design, maybe they change it every year IDK because it’s Ace of Hearts now. Still nice tho.

And of course, the last chunky thing I was waiting for in this haul, the Playing Card Oracles Book:

I’m just so excited to have received this thing, so far it’s the best birthday gift I got myself in a while trololol but seriously... I’m so happy with this stuff, the moolah I had to shell out was well worth every penny.

Super Excited!

My two decks, Red and Blue Magic will soon be having siblings, can’t wait to get them from the post office. I’ll be posting the entire playing card fam very soon. *giddy and excited AF* seriously I’m just thankful I got some stuff in the mail, I have been having pretty rough 3D-times here and I definitely need some 3D methods of cheering up. Period Post #1: Period Cramps

For the record, having period cramps suck balls, like big time. After spending a lot of time searching for solutions, I would like to share my experiences on reducing the intensity of the cramps I get during THAT time of the month.

If you want to spend less on pain meds or you want to take in organic and natural stuff to ease the pain:

Take warm hibiscus tea once a day, during your period. Drink a cup especially when the pain gets really intense. So if you have it really bad, you can drink two cups on the day that the pain gets really overwhelming. Two options for having your hibiscus tea are:

1. You can buy this stuff. Hibiscus tea is sometimes labelled RED TEA, but check the label before buying. I recommend Steuart's Tea, Red Tea. (I'm not sponsored btw). Just steep a bag in a 150-200ml cup of just-boiled water. Not sure if there are other brands out there but this is what I happen to drink when needed. Also, if you want extra fiber you could rip the tea bag open and pour the dried stuff out directly in the hot water. Then drink the stuff along with the liquid. It's surprisingly nutty and isn't bitter. 😉

2. If you happen to have a hibiscus plant that bears red or pink flowers, you can brew or steep those instead. Chop 2 or 3 freshly-picked flowers, steep in 200ml just-boiled water for about 20mins, then drink while warm. You could boil them to make things faster but this needs to be totally consumed because the liquid can get gooey when it cools so... Unless you want a gooey and jello-like tea, then... Yeah. You can also eat the boiled petals but they're pretty slimy so if you're not into Okra and other slimy foods then just leave it at that and drink the liquid. 😁

Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor but I have been relying on herbal remedies that happen to grow in our yard, even as a kid, and I have not experienced any side-effects. But if you're new to this kind of thing, take this info with caution, especially when you're out there trying to steal hibiscus flowers from someone's yard (just plant your own lolz). Also check first if you have potential allergies or other possible health issues that may cause problems before drinking herbal teas.
