What if Danny didn't die? He does open the portal but for the first time in their lives the Fentons followed OSHA regulations.

He doesn't have the powers, but he was right there when the portal opened, he saw the tear in reality and it...it did things.

It wasn't something that a humans mind was supposed to see, while the Infinite Realms are the in-between dimensions, and what is in-between the in-between?

Elder gods, slumbering calamities, fallen angels hid from their gods ever present eye, righteous spirits who reached nirvana, monsters beyond imagination...

The crack before the Realms snapped to his dimension was only open for a mere moment, a single millisecond but to the young boy it was eternity, and he could only watches as all those beings turned their attentions to him, they saw him, observed him as much as he did them.

He had fallen, screaming as he clutched his eyes, his eyes and ears were bleeding, his brain pounded so hard it felt as if it was going to knock out his eyeballs, Sam and Tucker, spared from it all as they had turned their heads when the lightning flashed and rent the portal open could only rush to the boy, trying to help him but all he could do was scream. Because what was beyond had saw him, and gave him a gift.

Far away, in a tall tower, a man with a gleaming gold helmet shuddered as the ankh of light in front of him shattered.

He fell to the floor, the minor magic he used failing as the more complex spell fizzled and broke, leaving him painfully wheezing on the ground, clutching at his chest.

"N-no...T-this can not be...T-The order...it...it failed...it can not fail!" Dragging himself across the Tower of Orders floor, Dr. Fate forced himself over to a lone summoning circle, falling onto it with an exhausted groan, the Gaurdian of Order muttered a soft word, and the circle flared, and in an instant he was gone, leaving the Tower shaking it it's wake.

On the couch of the House of Magic, John Constantine was feeling as if the world had fucked him so hard in the ass he would never be able to walk straight ever again.

And with the pounding in his skull from a truly deadly hangover wasn't helping either.

Nor was the half dead Dr. Fate puking up his guts in his living room.

"Argh" which translated to "What the bloody fuck are you doing in my house you daft shiny headed prick" but John didn't really have the strength to say that.

"Blugh" was what the ever regal Dr. Fate responded with, which obviously meant "The border between realities have been broken, the Beyond Dark knows of our existence and has seen our world, they have come to either eat upon our existence and reality or defend agaisnt the others that seek to only fill their own unexistance."

John of course, carefully and gracefully pissed himself.

In Faccuet City, a young Billy Batson screamed as his head exploded with noise, the gods and heros alike were all suddenly the strongest they had ever been, their powers flooded and overwhelmed his mortal form, and to save his life, the Champion of Magic forced itself into being.

Even in the Champions form the sudden influx of godly might was almost too much, steam charged with lightning billowed off him in great plooms, sparks zapped from his finger tips to the ground, and the air stunk of ozone all around him.

The gods were ranting, each talking over each other, debating in so many dead languages Billy's mind could keep up the translations.

It wasn't until Solomons voice boomed over the others that the voices fell quiet. "ENOUGH! NOW IS NOT THE TIME OF IN FIGHTING, THE BEYOND IS AT OUR DOOR..."

Taking a breath even if he didn't need it, the ancient king looked all the years he had lived and then some, "Young William...oh dear precious boy...our dear son. A great advent has begun, a door which should never been opened has been thrown wide...the beasts you face, the abominations of teeth and tentacles are just the mites that have slipped under the door...waht is to come will make all that you have faced look like mice...we will not have enough time to prepare you with what is to come..."

Solomons voice broke at the end, and he hung his head in the mental image in Billy's head "Seek out others, join forces with any. All those in touch with the arcane shall know of what just happened...as Champion you will be the spear head, the general of them all...you will lead them agaisnt the Beyond."

It took a week for Danny to come back to himself again, at least a little bit, he still had a haunted look in his eyes, and was far to quiet. He barely spoke at all, but when he did it was in ramblings of things not understood by any of them.

His parents assumed it had been a ghost that left in this state, their hatred for the ectoplasmic beings growing more and more as their son, their boy grew worse.

Jazz, unlike her parents listened to what Danny described, studied what she could and figured out what she couldn't, at each dead en she pushed, with Tuckers help she gained access to computer systems that held secrets of the occult, and with Sam's freely given credit card? Oh she dived deep into spell, trying desperately to find any kind of cure for Danny's predicament.

As time went on the boy only got worse, he had begun seeing the beings in the Beyond, some whispered wisdom, of long lost ways to calm the millions of mutterings in his gray matter and the pounding of his heart, while others screamed, in jubilation and rage, as it is only in being seen did they become real, and becoming real meant they had a foot hold in existence.

The wise figures, while helping had also steered him to their own goals, some told him to hate the jabbering hordes, others said that the only way to truly to be rid of them was to be nothing as well, to go far past being a person, into being one with the Byond.

Some of the mutterings lead to more questions, they spoke of Gods long forgotten and recent, of their betrayals and what they did to fall, others claimed that they were not fallen, that they were there to protect him from those that were.

The more and more he listened the more and more he saw of them, until Danny began to not understand what was real and what wasnt.

So he didn't even flinch when a group of imposing figures were in his room when he came up to his bed, hoping that the voices of Parathax the Unbeliever would be quiet enough for him to sleep.

Oh he did scream quite a bit when the sad trench coat man with a multi fractured sould reached out and touched him.

And it's the greatest thing that happened to Jay cause Jasmine just get him, she's kind and funny and know how to fight, she's never scared of him or pity him they exchange great deal over books, he yaps about theater and she yaps about phycology, she's really involved in the betterment of crime alley so much so she's known as red hood girl's and it's overall the best period of time for Jason

On the other side of town Tim has developed a crush on this cute barista, he interact with him in both persona but he is overthinking this relationship way to much but he do steal a kiss from his beau in a sweet romantic rooftop scene

But one day! Tragedy! Some jokers goons try to kidnap Barbara luckily that girl can still fight and Dick was with her and ignoring the protocol of 'playing helpless himbo' he does fight back those who tries to take his girlfriend but in the same time this was happening other goons were kidnapping Selena,Jazz and Danny to bring them to one of Joker's sick game where he planned to torture them live until their bat lovers find them

Batman is stressed because Selina is in danger and apparently Tim's boyfriend (boyfriend? Did he say that? Is that what he called me? -Tim) and Jason's girlfriend too (the only reason Jason hasn't gone full pit rage is because he need to find the location)

But why were the Fenton in Gotham you may ask? Well Jasmine was there for her studies and Danny needed to register and keep an eye on revenants (Dani helped by traveling the world while he only went to places with the biggest revenant/ ectoplasm regroupement) and one of them was the Joker, he was long overdue to a trial in the afterlife for crimes against deadkind, and at first he was going to procrastinate and wait for him to die naturally but now that he was right in front of him....

*The live start with the Joker grinning in the camera*

"Well hello batsy and company! Today we have very beloved guest don't we?"

Jason is practically vibrating with rage and terror because what do you mean the love of his life, lightness to his darkness is being held by the very monster who broke him beyond repair? Tim is having similar thoughts as he frantically try to find the location of the wearhouses. Bruce as always look emotionless but his whole body is tense he knows Selina is strong but that doesn't stop him from worrying and he also knows that if Jason's girlfriend is hurt there is no holding his son back

*The joker snicker and turns the camera to show the three hostages lined up and tied to chair and gagged, Selina looks ready to pound on him and is probably working on setting herself free, Jazz looks strangely relaxed if not slightly amused tho it could be an act (Cass tell them that even tho it's a video it's probably not an act and that kinda calm Jason even though he is still boiling at the sight of his girl tied like that by this psycho) and Danny looks like a kid who's parents reminded them of a homework they had to do before being allowed to go play outside (and oh how true that was)

"Oh how impatient you must be for your lovers to come get you" the Joker say twirling a knife in his hand before using the tip of it to tilt Danny's chin up making Tim want to commit murder "but don't worry we'll have fun just the four of us while we wait for them hm?"

"Acctually it's very convenient that you're the one who seeked us out" Jazz says calmly..."huh?" Literally everyone except Danny who add "yes, we've been trying to contact you about your soul extended guarantee? It doesn't have any."

"...is this a Joke to you?" The Joker ask starting to be pissed off

"No because Jokes aren't supposed to be pathetic. You have long overdue trials in the afterlife and I came to drag you there myself."

*The audio and image start to distort more and more until the live cut to black*

When the bats arrive in the wearhouses Joker is nowhere in sight, all his goons are tied up in Fenton rope™ and Jazz and Danny looks as relaxed as ever as if they had just been on a little sibling outing while Selina just looks at them

Sam has a daughter. Not with Danny or with him, your choice. But her daughter ended up being liminal because of Sam's exposure and she didn't want her daughter to be hunted by the GIW. Just because they were shut down doesn't mean they were gone after all. So she gives her to Danny and tells him to send her somewhere safe.

Pamela Lillian Isley always knew she was different. That was way before her accident. But now she learned 2 things about her. 1) She was adopted. 2) When she had her accident it didn't change her. Nope it just removed the protection charm that was placed on her, she was never completely human from the start.

Tried a new comic style. Anyway yes the nightmares are a constant, and you can’t exactly go to a therapist and tell them how you died and faded to dust since you’re from another dimension. I mean there’s spectra but she sucks so no. Jazz works though to drive the monsters away for the time being.

Ya know how magical girls have special power up forms or moves when they feel intense emotions? Yea Danny and Ellie have those too! This is basically what Valerie saw after Ellie ‘died’.

For this AU their power up abilities are based on their cores. (I’ve read him having both an Ice core and a space core, but I wanted his ability to be distinct from Ellie’s)

I couldn’t sleep, so at 2am I finally watched the Addams family movie (1991 version) and immediately planned to draw Sam and Ellie as Morticia and Wednesday. It was a good movie btw.

This is actually the first drawing I think I’ve made of just Sam and Ellie, fun. Speaking of which I may dial it back a bit with the multiversal stuff just a bit unless I come up with a specific scenario (or someone requests it). Just so I can focus on the main cast a bit.

In the mean time I have some lore stuff planned, including

Paulina and Sam backstory

and Ellie’s full name. Not in that order and not right away so stay tuned

MHA X DP Eri's Older Siblings.

Eri dies a lot, especially before Izuku Midorya comes in to save her. And I had a brilliant idea. Eri was killed by Overhaul, again, to grab her blood once more. Only during the process, Eri is sent to the Infinite Realms. She's scared and confused and lost, only to be found by Ellie! Maybe a 14 or 16 year old Ellie, and she takes Eri to Danny. Obviously Eri is still scared, but Danny and Jazz calm her down. And due to Time Displacement, Eri is in the Infinite Realms for a month. She's getting better thanks to Jazz, and well - she's been adopted into the Phantom Family! Eri loves her older sisters - Ellie is so fun, and showing her new things. Jazz is helping her get better, and both her brothers are so protective of her. She really likes Dan, he has her Red Eyes. Grandpa Clockwork is showing that her curse can be controlled! But then she's yanked back to the Real World by Overhaul. Who in the Living Realm, was only gone for like an hour. And she's traumatized all over again, and Overhaul wants more blood again, and she misses her siblings - she cries for them, she wants them to save her -- Only to wake up once more in the Infinite Realms - to find that the place is in SHAMBLES with all of her Siblings searching for her in a frenzy. Again, she's been missing for a MONTH and when they found her back, they instantly comfort her. The Phamily DOES find out why Eri disappeared, and realize she's being brought back to life - and Danny PROMISES to find where her Dimension is so they can go save her. And this effectively becomes routine - Eri is pulled back, but she's able to hold it together from crying as often, and gets to see the Realms when Overhaul kills her. And then MHA happens, and she runs into Deku. Who she finds comforting because his green eyes remind her of the comforting Green of the Infinite ... And eventually, she gets saved by the Heroes. Eri asks if her siblings sent them to find her, because she assumed Deku was a Ghost too - only to be met with confusion. Eri has siblings? She tried explaining, but that only leads to more misunderstandings and confusion amongst the heroes! Little Eri is just so confused - she wants her sisters, she wants to see her brothers and no one knows who she's talking about. That is, until a Green Portal opens up right on top of Overhaul's destroyed base - and Four Very Eldritch Siblings are searching for their Youngest Sibling.

Late One Night before The Great Gotham shut it's doors. A wobbly gentleman came in, his footing was unsure. Mustachioed and Handsome, and his clothing touched the floor.

Dani's pretending not to be, Three De-Aged Kids in a Trench coat! One day when a Black Bat was out on nightly stroll. She got in too deep when searching for her case. When in there stepped a gentleman, mustachioed and tall! They confused all the Rogue's cause he's Three De-Aged Kids in a Trench coat! Dan's on the bottom, strong is he! Danny's in the middle carrying she! Dani's pretending not to be, Three De-Aged Kids in a Trench coat! Once there was a Clown who was a scourge upon it's land. The Citizens all wished him dead, his madness they couldn't stand. One day he dropped dead on the pavement by a man. He happened to have died right next to, Three De-Aged Kids in a Trench coat! Dan's on the bottom, strong is he! Danny's in the middle carrying she! Dani's pretending not to be, Three De-Aged Kids in a Trench coat!

*~* The BatFamily going mad trying to find three kids running around Gotham with the Trench coat man trick that is somehow evading the entire Bat Brigade. AND murdered the Joker. Cass already called dibs. *~* Meanwhile, with Jazz.

i like to think that at the league of assassins jason used to get so bored of having no access to media/tv that he would just compensate by singing excessively every theme tune/pop culture song he knew whenever he was working/training, which means damian probably knew all these pop culture references already when he got to gotham, except when tim puts on the tv and he hears a popular ad jingle play during commercials he doesn’t get a fun ‘oh haha i recognise that tune’ moment instead its him hearing an ed sheeran song and having a rapid war flashback to watching jason viscerally rip the heads off a group of about 20 men attempting to harm damian while dancing and singing fucking Starlord, Guardians of the Galaxy style.
