After a weekend trip at the start of the month my energy and scheduled got all messed up, so this week I wanted to get back on track with uni and work. I did an excel and everything, I just want to get rid of pending stuff because we're close to the last month of the semester and I will have some projects to work on at the same time. I don't really have very complicated things to do but the majority takes a lot of time for me to do lol.

Also in this picture I was working in a fuzzy logic code for my embedded systems class, we had to finish a little project today and I'm happy because my code worked perfectly ^-^

I have a new set up ☺️, now I have a monitor and it's actually pretty good for my posture. The picture is from Wednesday when I was working with a raspberry pi and trying some code in prolog for my embedded systems class, it's actually easier than what it seems at first look.

This week I had to do a lot of work for uni that wasn't really hard but took a lot of time and energy, but we got a good grade so it paid off.

As for this weekend, I'll be studying economics because soon I'll be having my first exam of the semester and I'm not so worried for the information but I'm just not used to do essays or write for an exam so it still makes me a bit nervous.

On other news I finally got to read a bit of the book I was reading, it is interesting but I lost the habit of reading on paper (because I was reading a lot of fanfic lol) during some months and didn't get to include it back in my routine, so I'm happy to have picked it up again.

Did some chemistry revision two days ago on bonding and structure. CGP makes the best revision books ngl.

Managed to finish revising for 3 topics out of 5 for chemistry yesterday. Need to the last two today then do Paper 2 English lit revision aka hell.

Total study time yesterday: 7hrs

Sometimes I see a popular post that's something along the lines of "Science and math are real life wizardry and scientists, mathematicians and engineers are those who have studied the sacred texts and only they can understand them" and to be honest I used to think that was some pretentious nonsense but then my RF Circuits teacher showed us this:

These days have been crazy. My university email has been under cyber attack or something like that so it's been super difficult to work smoothly in my class work. But I've been doing what I can around that.

On the work side I was having kind of crisis a couple weeks ago but now at least I do have one job secured and it's helping to have restructure on my days so this has been my most productive week so far. I also have a couple more job options but I'm not so pressed to do the assessments quickly, for now I'll be focusing in my old job, my new job (I'm a teacher assistant) and my school work.

I'm also trying to little by little include french learning blocks to my schedule. In general this semester is weird because I have late classes and my whole life I've been a morning classes kind of student, so it took me a bit longer but I think the routine I have now is working.

The start of the semester has been a bit chaotic, I tried to sign up to a French class at my university but for the last day where I could add it to my schedule there weren't any spots left so I had to sign up for other class. That French class wasn't the level that I wanted but still I was excited to have a french class in person for once. Anyway, I will have to continue learning and practicing French by my own, my goal is to get closer to C1 this year.

As for my other classes the one with more work has been general economics I've had to read so much which is something I'm not used to because I'm an engineering student lol. Also the tests are essays, I know to write essays but I don't know how to do a good essay in 20 minutes. For the Easter break I have to read a 300 page book, so far I'm around halfway so hopefully I can finish it today so I can move on to my other assignments, but it's taking soooo long.
