Amp up your affirmations!
Here are a couple of ideas on how you can reword your affirmations to strengthen them or give them an alternative purpose ♡
✧ literally - creates emphasis
I am literally the prettiest girl in the world
✧ already - confirmation + revision
I already have total and absolute control over my life
✧ I know for a fact - confirmation
I know for a fact that I always get what I want
✧ I have always - revision
I have always excelled at everything I do
✧ From this point on - conviction
From this point on, I never settle for less than what I want
✧ Because I am God - affirmative self concept, conviction and confirmation
Because I am God, anything I desire naturally gravitates toward me

The Woman
La femme.
The connection between woman and perfume in Paris is like strange relationship between men and suit in London. Perfume works like a coat, they covered the woman’s body with some magical invisible blanket to make their attraction-smell still stable until the dawn came. A woman without perfume is like branches without the flower. They all will look like a boring plant.
He said that phrases three times a day.
“La femme.”
Even though he hated telling everybody about his background life story, I know he came from Paris. We’re both can’t say ‘honorable’ in such a normal way. Only Germany and French have a problem to speak a foreign language in proper grammar and can’t lose their accent.
I spent my evening at his room, sitting in silence at the corner while he enjoyed the wind and seeing views from opened window with a small pink bottle in his grip.
He could spend an hour without speaking any words, but smelling the perfume all day long.
I also can smell the perfume in meters, and he took the bottle deep into his nose.
And the perfume for him works like ecstasy.
La femme, he said multiple times.
The wounds cracked also in many times.
I spent the end of the month stayed away from his rooms.
La femme.
Do not trust what you heard.
La femme.
He will not take away his head from you.
La femme.
In French, it also means ‘The Woman’.

Life has taught me that if I cannot find my own natural rhythm to walk in it, I cannot balance effort and enjoyment.

You need motivation to study? Let me introduce you to spiteful studying. When you study a subject to prove someone wrong. When you spend hours writing up notes so that you can get that grade and smile smugly at the teacher who predicted you a lower grade. Find someone to prove wrong, it can be a teacher, a parent, friend or just to prove society that you’re so much more capable then they say you are!
Trust me, it works.

What i’ve learned from college thus far
Stop studying the night before. I have noticed that if i keep forcing myself to learn until last minute (which it’s not gonna happen, you know what you have been processing for a while not just right before they hand the paper sheets) i start doubting myself more
Go with an “i don’t care anymore” attitude to the exam. This one is my fave. With this i mean letting go of every single worry you may have of failing in that moment (not ignoring your books the whole semester) If you don’t care about failing there’s no tension or stress during the exam, therefore you will be able to think more clearly than under pressure.
Figure out your minimum hours of sleep. I learned that i need at least 5 hours to function properly. Find yours and use it in your favor.
Relationships with classmates. You probably will only see your friends in some classes or just one, dont let this unmotivate you and not attend to lectures!! Everyone is asleep and no one will think you’re awkward for sitting alone. Don’t force friendships or try acting like someone you’re not, people can see it and repells them.
Relationships with teachers. Can’t stress this enough, if you’re gonna put effort in creating a bond with someone in college, it has to be your teachers. Try getting there early and pick a seat in the front, make questions via email or in person, if you’re shy like me wait until the end of the lecture and talk to the teacher instead of asking out loud.
Learn from failure. Don’t waste precious time giving yourself a hard time, it won’t make you any smarter. Pay attention to details and correct them for the next time, that’s how champs do it AND YOU’RE ONE OF THEM!
Relaxing. I know how guilty you feel when it’s been days and you haven’t looked at your notes, but hey we all go through that. It’s important to disconnect a little sometimes and come back with a %100 battery instead of a %35, am i right? Just don’t let the relaxation become 2 weeks or a whole month.
Hope these few tips may help you if you need them ♡

A Guide to Planning Systems
It’s important to have a system of getting things done, whether it’s tackling tasks as the day progresses or having a carefully planned schedule for every single hour of the week. How can you create an effective personal planning system that suits your needs and preferences?
Mentioned in this post:
Attention Management: How to Take Control and Live Intentionally
Energy Management: A Human-Based Organization Method
Flexible Time-Blocking: A More Breathable Way to Get Things Done
The ABCDE Method: Accomplish Tasks More Efficiently
My other posts
N.B. some categories include a few examples but they are no means limited to the ones listed here, e.g. there may be methods of organizing tasks other than the five listed here.

The ABCDE Method: Accomplish Tasks more Efficiently
I recently came across the ABCDE method that’s similar to what I do to stay productive each day: instead of lumping up all your tasks, sort them into categories and tackle each of them differently. Here’s an outline of the method. Hope it helps :)

How to get back into a WIP when inspiration is lacking
1. Character exploration
You may be feeling uninspired because you find it difficult to enter your characters' minds.
A great way to dive into a character's point of view is writing a paragraph from their perspective on a topic like death, the meaning of life, loss etc.
I usually do this before I start a project, but it can be a great way to get back into the swing of things in the middle of a book.
2. Character songs/playlist
A lot of people write with music, curating playlists for their WIP.
I don't write with music, but it can be great to listen to a song or two before writing a specific scene or character's POV.
Curate a Playlist for your POV characters and listen to it when inspiration is running low.
3. Fake promotional material
This may just be a weird thing I do, but I love it.
When I really need a motivation boost, I create fake promotional material or swag designs for my WIP. Mock covers, bookmarks, posters, ads etc.
It reminds me what I'm working towards and that can help a lot.
4. Moodboards
Creating physical mood boards for your WIP or specific characters/locations and putting them up int your work space can do wonders for inspiration.
Every time you look at the moddboard, you're taken back to the moment when the idea first got into your head - a moment when you had oodles of inspiration.
You can also add to those mood boards whenever you need an extra shot of inspiration.
5. YouTube
Every time I watch an Authortube vlog, I feel motivated to work on my own writing.
Pick an Authortuber who resonates with you and has the life you hope to build. Watch one or two of their vlogs and that should light a fire under you.
Reblog if you found these tips useful. Comment with your own ideas. Follow me for similar content.

Writing 500 words a day doesn’t make you any less of a writer than someone who write 5000 a day. Writing 100 words a day doesn’t make you less of a writer either. Being inconsistent with your writing doesn’t change your writing worth. If you write then you’re a writer. That’s that. You’re valid
