Hvis du er interesseret i Iran så kig ind på denne facebookside hvor jeg de næste seks måneder - som optakt til udgivelsen af min nye bog på Gyldendal - poster små spændende fortællinger om de personer, steder og begivenheder, der har formet det moderne Iran.

Over three years ago, I developed an idea with my old business partner Frederik: to combine our academic interest in urban theory with our practical know-how of cultural production in relation to the built environment. The idea turned into a unique, experimental summer school on ‘Urban Culture in Theory and Action’. Taking the university into the streets for two intense weeks, we ask students to imagine themselves as cultural producers/co-creators instead of merely cultural analysts. Witnessing the creativity unleashed in that process is a privilege. Each summer school has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from students and gained wide acclaim in the university world as a “best practice” case of innovation in teaching. 2018 will be the fourth year and we’re working hard to make it an optimal learning experience for MA-level students from around the world. Please help us spread the word among your (fellow) students - tell them to come to Copenhagen for a hands-on DIY experience of a lifetime. Deadline for applications: 1st of April 2018.
