Oh no I started talking about Beau and Fjord’s friendship and started getting emotional. It’s harder to find Empire Sibling compilations on YouTube than Brjeaus but like. This trio of emotionally damaged idiots are so fucking important to me.

Team Top Table of Campaign Two had such intense friendships that like. I swear to god they changed me as a person. Like. They’re so smart and so stupid and so compassionate and so selfish and so individually convinced of their own worthlessness and so desperate for a reason to keep existing and to be worthwhile and so stupid about how they think they have to go about doing that.

Like I know Yasha and Veth have similar problems, and Jester and Caduceus have their own sheltered immaturity, but oh my *god*, Top Table Trio is everything.

And I hope that when they do finally animate The Mighty Nein, they find a way to fit in an homage to Marisha and Liam’s constant struggle for personal space. I know Beau would be more aware of where her limbs would be at any given moment as a trained monk and shouldn’t just flail herself into Caleb like an excited muppet, but. Somehow it adds to their relationship. What siblings haven’t maybe accidentally elbowed someone in the face in the moment of extreme emotion? I just. Would really like it to happen at least once.

the thing that people don't acknowledge about caduceus is that he's a 19 year old accidentally goth homeschooler (in the way that only people who don't know what goth is can be like the truest fucking goth) whose main hobbies are being the most gossipy, judgiest bitch in the mighty nein, talking to plants as if he can understand them in a universe where he canonically CAN communicate with them, he just doesn't fucking get them, and making tea. he dyed his hair pink. he is terrified of water. he carried a bone flute hundreds of miles for the specific purpose of terrifying his sister out of her mind before he even knew she was alive for sure. his response to a one night stand with a hot but evil girl was "sleep well with your bad decisions". he's a middle child. he keeps getting stuck in mud puddles. he spends 90 episodes teaching fjord about how to accept death and then while fjord was extolling how great caduceus was at acceptance, caduceus was pleading with god to resurrect a dude he never even met. "wise old guy who counsels the group" couldn't be further from the truth. that's what he WANTS you to think. plus this is objectively funnier

god i love orly so much. i love that he's audience made, i love that matt chose to give him a stutter and fully leans into that, like. it doesn't go away as the story progresses, and it's consistent and accurate and respected by the pcs, and. god. idk i fucking love orly

Really hoping Caduceus shows up in the Reunion if for no other reason than the comedy of having now acquired a giant Celestial bull friend and also having heard whispers through the plants of a threesome between a werewolf, a gnome, and a faun in the middle of the Savalirwood, which he of course thinks is the plants getting overexcited and inventing stories but is cool with either way.

currently thinking about how ellie would react to fireworks. like. i think growing up in FEDRA would probably make her pretty averse to explosives, but once she got over the initial shock and panic, i think she would absolutely enamored by them. like i can just see her being so obsessed with them like “joel, holy shit, look at that one!” and “dude! that one is totally shaped like a star!”
