The context is that the data cylinder that was unloaded into bulkhead's head also contained skyfire's data logs and memories with starscream so it's basically SAD AND TRAGIC ;0; AND STARSCREAM WAS TRYING TO MAKE BULKHEAD REMEMBER HIMSELF BY TELLING HIM HIS WRECKER STORIES
