there's places for it on the Citadel. otherwise you'd have to go to blips and chitz, or a jail broken version that way there's no limits.

it's like the holodeck in star trek. the citadel had us REPOs use it for training, safety off. it's way more engaging than just using a controller. if you don't want to kill anyone real, then it's perfect.
