Starting January 30th , 2019 I started working out for 20 mins .. my goal is to get a good workout in everyday of about 20 mins , until my body can take more ; honestly I haven’t worked out since high school (6 years ago)
Right now I’m using an app called ‘workoutforwomen on the App Store for iPhones. It tracks my calories , because I can link it to health app that comes pre installed on iPhones !

This is the first picture I took , after 1 bottle of Apetamin , but not taking it as I should . But my family &’ friends witnessed a change in my body . I would say I was 128 here !

I’ve always been on the smaller side . Not too small , but still small to me . I started out weighing about 115 here and there. My weight would go up and down between 115-120 . I’ve been taking Apetamin. &’ it did boost me to about 128 . But I wasn’t consistent! As my journey goes on . I want you guys to witness with me 😌
