A Bribella (Briar x Faybelle) story

Cold rose (part 1)

Briar had started the day feeling quite tired. She didn't know if it was because of the family curse that had been getting worse lately or because Faybelle was constantly messing with her.

especially the damn fairy that had been bothering Briar constantly for the past few weeks. She actually loved Faybelle (as a friend), she secretly cared about her. But there was still a constant rivalry between them.

Also, Briar was very nervous about the school trip tomorrow because it was going to be held at the family palace, and that scared Briar because she hadn't been there in years.

She walked towards the cafeteria, trying to calm herself down. Maybe talking to Apple and Ashley would help. Besides, maybe she could throw a little party in her dorm room tonight? Yeah, that would be nice.

As he was about to enter the dining hall, he noticed Faybelle coming towards him. He was sure that the evil fairy would mess with him again. But this time it was not as he expected.

But Faybelle didn't even look at Briar. She walked past Briar into the dining room and sat down next to Duchess Swan. Then she started talking to her.

Briar stared after him in surprise for a few seconds. Then she went to the dining hall and sat down next to Apple and Ashley. But her mind was still on her story's arch-nemesis. To be honest, being ignored by him made Briar both angry and a little sad.

"I'm so excited for tomorrow's field trip! I can't believe we're going to Sleeping Beauty's Palace!"

When Apple started talking about tomorrow's field trip with her usual cheerfulness, Briar couldn't even pay attention to her. Her mind was still on the evil fairy sitting a few tables away.

“I'm so excited!” said Ashley. “I wonder what shoes I should wear on the trip tomorrow?”

A few tables away, Faybelle grinned at something Duchess Swan said, and smiled in return. Briar frowned in surprise, for she had never seen a non-malicious smile on Faybelle's face before.

“Briar? Are you listening to me?” Briar turned quickly to look at Apple. She was looking at her with an expression that resembled her friend’s anger. “Ah-yeah…of course I am!” Apple sighed deeply. “So you’re excited about tomorrow? After all, you’re going to your family’s house for a school trip. And why have you been staring at Faybelle for the last 7 minutes?”

"Did he do something to upset you again?" Ashley asked. "No, no! I'm just...a little nervous. But forget about it, it'll be over in a minute. Come on, let's quickly eat and go shopping!"

Apple and Ashley eyed Briar suspiciously, but ate their food without further questioning. Briar, on the other hand, was beginning to understand why her heart was suddenly beating so fast.

To be honest I want to write stories about them but I don't know which characters to start with. But the first story I'll probably do will be Briar x Faybelle
