bathroom identity crisis

someone asked me my taste in video games and i fucked it up

they just asked me it and i was like “uuuuu i don’t play video games?” even though it was very clear i was a Gamer Nerd and now i am writing this and having a identity crisis in the guys bathroom

grades came in

today my grades came in and my dad saw them. they aren’t great but but they aren’t terrible, like how i think most people see me at school. i’m an npc type person. mostly cs and ds with an a in english class. he then asked me what kind of books i like to read and there was awkward silence

“i like to read webcomics, fanfics and manga/graphic novels along with sci-fi and fantasy thrown in there too. most gay romance i read is pretty entertaining and homestuck is good.”

but i only said that in my head and lied about liking realistic fiction after more awkward silence

state testing is over

so yeah state testing is just about done. i still have a couple of tests left like finals but from here on out i shoukd have more free time on my hsnds. i went to the library during lunch and volunteered to help out with taking down the privacy shields they putt up for testing this week and then went to my favorite cozy spot in the librarby.

so yeah i started voluntering at the library every day because i wanted some quiet. and as the year went on i was thre so often they let me in the extra room in the library

so here’s a story about my school library’s extra room attached to it: it actualy used to be where the old computer lab was. but then everyone started getting computers and then it becsme the teacher’s lounge. but then the teachers wanted a bigger teacher’s lounge so it became a storage space for the library to sort books. but then again, an unused classroom then became library storage so people didn’t know what to do with it anhymore. people mostly just store old stuff that they don’t need there and it’s weird to see what shows up every now and then.
