Elsie Bedroom Basics - 25 New items

This was supposed to go up last week, but you know how life gets in the way. This is something I have been teasing on Patreon (only thing I could think to give as a little thank you to those supporting without pay-walling stuff). It is in concept a basics collection to give a standard, simple design that can be used throughout a home (in this case bedrooms) to give a cohesive feel. I am usually not for people asking for very specific designs in smaller bedframes or visa versa, but i can get behind a design that takes all sizes into consideration from the get go. If I like the concept, I may do more in the future. As this states, it is a basics collection, so it’s just furniture (and mirrors).

THE KICHEN

A 55 piece kitchen collection by @harrie-cc & @felixandresims

This collection has been a long time in the making. What started out as an innocent typo turned into this awesome set!

In 2018 while HeyHarrie was attempting to pester Felixandre for a dream kitchen while watching Twitch, by sending a single all caps letter in each chat message, K I C H E N was born! Yes she forgot the ’T’ in her desperate attempt to have one continuous message down the chat window. The typo didn’t die there, it was a long standing joke amongst mutual friends & Harrie continued to pester for her dream kitchen. Luckily Felixandre was feeling very generous & decided to offer her a collaboration.

This set is designed to blend into any style home, whether it be modern, industrial, retro, traditional or eclectic. With 64 counter swatch options there’s bound to be something that suits your style. The set comprises of 56 items, both new meshes & Maxis mesh edits to fit seamlessly into the game. Its 100% Maxis Match!

Highlights include: built in appliances, classic wishbone chairs, statement resin table, plus more plants then you can shake a stick at!

THE BAFROOM

An 94 piece collaborative bathroom set by @felixandresims & @harrie-cc After the huge success of THE KICHEN, it only felt right to continue with items from another area of your Sims’ home that need a little love & attention…THE BAFROOM.

Now your sims can pamper themselves in luxury with this modern bathroom set. But the items in this set are not only for the bathroom, they will work in many different rooms around the house. Highlights of the set include: Bi-fold doors, seamless windows, Barcelona chair & lounger set, plus every item you could possibly require to make a stylish bathroom…you know bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, etc.

The set is base game compatible, with the only exception being the wall shower that requires the Discover University EP & the mirror windows which require Get To Work EP.  Double, Single, and Toddler Bed Set

The ‘I Woke Up Like This’ bed set was created for simmies of all ages and styles! All the items in the set are available for double, single, and toddler bedrooms. The main feature of the set is the gorgeous floor-length bedding which is fully animated. The mattresses are extra long to allow room for decor pillows to be places behind the main sleeping pillows. Doing this gives you the ability to decorate your bedding set with pillows while not interfering with your simmie’s sleep. Even though the mattresses are extra long - they are still compatible with most separated bed frames that match their size. Paired with the bedding are two bed frame styles. The first style boasts a large headboard with a rattan inlay for some added drama. The second is a discrete, platform frame which you can pair with some art on the wall behind it for a custom look. These separated bed frames are also compatible with most separated beds. To complete the set are coordinating night stands that come in two sizes. The taller size pairs well with the single and double beds while the shorter size is the perfect height for toddler beds. The set comes with 11 objects and plenty of colors for a custom look!

RAVASHEEN G.O.A.T Backsplash Recolor - Bronze addition

I’ve been taking forever to work on this and am still in the process of making different colors which I will slowly post (baby is teething and cranky). I love the look of the tin backsplash and wanted to make some for the Sims 4. This package consists of both the Large and Small recolors of @ravasheencc​’s Groutest Of All Tile (G.O.A.T) backsplash (which is apart of a full package including tiles for the wall and floor as well). For the first recolor I did bronze tiles to give that classic country look. 30 swatches included for both small and large.

When I saw this kitchen I just knew I needed to dust off my recolor skills so that I could have it in more amazing colors. Here’s the result – the Eggplanter Series Palette. Silver hardware to match the Smeg Kitchen Appliances, marble counter tops, a butcher block island, and fun printed (base game) curtains to match the bar stools.
