so. i have "sans and papyrus are from deltarune" theory on the brain (i say theory as if it isn't almost blatant at this point). and i haven't seen "sans and papyrus are darkners" as an off-shoot of that basically since chapter 2 released. and for good reason, because chapter 2 gave us quite a bit more info on how darkners work.

but consider something that has always been interesting to me:

as we all know, lightners all have black and white facesprites, and darkners have colored facesprites.

consider ralsei without his hat:

note that the only thing making his sprite still be distinctly a darkner's sprite is the pink of his horns and the extra shading around his face. other than that, he would be indistinguishable from a lightner.

so if a darkner were to have a fully white face, it would be really hard to tell if they actually WERE a darkner...

...wouldn't it?

do you like ut au?

the whole ut au scene frustrates me more than anything because the grand majority of these "aus" are Literally Just Sans. there is nothing else to them it's just What If Sans Wasn't Sans. and at this point it's mostly just a bunch of people's skeleton ocs. which is fine but that has nothing to do with undertale.

also a lot of ut au artists make sans anime boy skinny and it pisses me off. no I don't care that he's literally a skeleton, the man is FAT

does anyone know of any nonstandard/novelty/gimmicky art software? what i mean by this is stuff like kidpix, mario paint, paint 3d, shake art deluxe, anything of that nature where the actual ability to make art is second to the Vibes if that makes sense. i ask because i Love stuff like that and i wish to have More. bonus points if it was make pre-2015

very much so, yes! though that piece does go a lil deeper than that it is directly referencing an incredibly bad vertigo episode i had right before i was set to go clubbing (hence my fruity little outfit in said piece)
