What do I want to attract into my life? Creativity, love, patience, knowledge. What can I start doing to bring attracting this into my life? Practice being still and being mindful. Make time for myself again. Listen more. React less. Do I truly believe that I can achieve this? Change is inevitable. So yes.
Were you able to cultivate the belief that everything is yours for the asking and accepting? “I guess in theory I already knew this. But truly believing in it, I am not sure.”
Were you able to relinquish the belief that you’re limited? Not yet. But will work on it this year.

Abundance
“I definitely find more abundance in places I didn’t consider before.” I am even more attached to my workplace now than ever because I feel so much feelings about N. I’ve never felt this close to people I work with in my entire life. Had to sort some stuff out today and didn’t to spend some time with N and team. Maybe next time. Meditation is something I want to focus on this year. I am also reading some books I bought from Al. I’ve been procrastinating a lot on reading due to life stress. Nevermind, I have plenty of time to catch up. It was my T-shot day today, blood pressure 133/80 before now it’s 132/79. I swam 3 times this week. Maybe I will try to commit to 4-5 times a week. 4 laps each time because I am impatient. Al & Saisou finally moved in next door. Excited to hang on their offdays! ;___;
