I’ve been working hard on hitting 4500+ calories a day on average, especially on workdays where it’s tough to squeeze. So I’m using this shake to help push me further, 3 days in and I’m loving how it’s feels each morning after having this.
Breakfast Shake (1.5L | 3 Servings)
Total: ~2,731 kcal
That’s 910 calories in every creamy, belly swelling glass 😈
• 80g oats – 298 kcal
• 500ml whole milk – 330 kcal
• 150g full-fat Greek yogurt – 172 kcal
• 300ml double cream – 1400 kcal
• 150g vanilla ice cream – 211 kcal
• 2 bananas – 180 kcal
• 2 tbsp honey – 140 kcal
Blended thick for piling on some extra calories. I’m aiming for at least a 1500 surplus a dayHow long do you think before this gut is spilling out even further

Done with dinner number 3 and I can hardly move. Chicken parm, spaghetti, a double cheeseburger, french fries, a steak burrito, and nachos. Gotta lay down and rub this belly before dessert.
