I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again but life feels so good when the windows are open and music is blasting and pleasure is a ball of yarn unspooling in the chambers of your heart

2022 Update:
my brother's first son was born October 8th and i was blessed to be able to hold him for the first time. a Libra sweetheart ❤️ we instantly clicked. thank you to everybody who has donated and shared so far, our family appreciates your continued and sustained support!
As we move into the beginnings of 2022, i am happy to update you all that my brother's case will be transferred to california and he will be able be out on bail and serve his probation back home with us and his family. his probation period will be extended another 2 years as a caveat (4 years in total) but this is a step closer in securing his freedom and safety!
The remaining goal of this fund will be put towards helping him & his children gain security and healthcare as they have all caught COVID,including my newborn nephew please keep them all in your prayers & care! 🧎🏽♀️🤲🏽

Pastelon (Sweet Plaintain “Lasagna”)
Ingredients
1 lbs ground beef
1 onion,minced
3 gloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, minced
½ chopped cilantro
2 tsp adobo
2 tsp oregano
2 Tbs vinegar
1 envelope sazón
2 bay leaves
8 green stuffed olives, halved
½ cup raisins
¼ cup tomato sauce
4 plantains, peeled and sliced into strips
3 eggs
2 Tbs milk
2 cups white shredded cheese
vegetable oil
salt
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter square pan with 1 tbs of butter.
Combine, beef, onion, pepper, garlic, cilantro, adobo, oregano, vinegar and sazon. Mix well.
Heat a large skillet at medium-high heat with 2 Tbs of olive oil, add meat mixture.
Cook beef until brown and of the juices bubble up, add bay leaves, olives, raisins and tomato sauce. Mix and let simmer for 10 minutes, set aside.
Heat a large frying pan with vegetable oil, just enough to coat the bottom. Fry plantains for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and slitely crispy. Drain on a plate with paper towel, set aside.
To assemble pastelon: Take your prepared square pan, start with a layer of plantains, then beef, then a fistful of cheese, repeat. You want to finish with cheese and plantains. Beat 3 eggs with 2 Tbs of milk, pour over the pastelón. Let it sit for a minute allowing the egg to soak in. Top off with just a bit more cheese.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Why do you hate whites so much like wtf
I don’t hate ya’ll. I think ya’ll are cute, honestly. It’s like I’m your mentor and you are all my mentees. And so you all look up to me and think I’m an amazing role model so you want to dress just like me, talk like me, have what I have. You want my boyfriend, you want my family, my culture, you want to say what I say. And at first it’s like aw haha that’s so cute they want to be just like me but then you’re ALWAYS there and you’re ALWAYS talking like me and it starts to get annoying and I’m like HEY BE YOURSELF PLEASE I don’t want to teach you to be a copycat, or a follower. BE A LEADER BE YOU. DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE? And I mean you love me so much that you’ll go under the knife of SURGERY to be like me. You love me so much that you’ll get beat up just so you can say the N word. It’s flattering, but annoying. That’s how it feels to be black. It feels like mentoring a little ass kid that goes too far and starts looking cool doing what I’m doing, that steals my ideas and profits off them to the point where I dislike them and I’m like
I
MADE
YOU.
AND
I
CAN
END
WHAT
I
MADE
