How to enter the void fastest with the highest statistical chances?

Okay so this is kind of a v2 of posts Iâve made before. As you might know, Iâve been doing test groups with protocols to help people shift / enter the void / manifest, and more. Right now, this is my third test group focused just on the void. And Iâve been thinking...
A lot of people want to enter the void in a way that is:
Simple
Fast
But most of all... statistically guaranteed as much as possible.
Now I can't promise itâll work 100% for everyone, but I can tell you that statistically, this is what has helped the most people feel really close to the void, or actually get in. A lot of people felt strong progress, real shifts, and clarity after doing this.
And first,hereâs the truth: the void is real and is accessible. Itâs not some magical fantasy. Itâs a state, I invite you to check this document at first it'll help you. Let's go:
1) Holotropic Breathing (yeah, Iâm bringing it up again)
This breathing technique is extremely powerful.
But let me clarify something: 20 minutes is NOT enough for most people. You need at least 60 to 90 minutes for the real effects.

2) Do it RIGHT
Most âholotropic breathworkâ or âdeep breathâ YouTube videos?
Theyâre knockoffs. Intro versions. Almost none of them use music properly, and the breathing isnât circular like itâs supposed to be. You can use them to train a bit, but NOT for your full session.

For example I see a lot of people using this video, holotropic breathing has no rounds, no pauses and no retention and above all it does not last only 15-20 minutes without music
3) Pick your music wisely
This is super underrated. Some people freaked out because of their track. Others felt peace and harmony.
So choose carefully. The music guides the journey.

4) Prep before the session
Do something that helps you relax mentally and energetically.
A short meditation for letting go, anti-anxiety, grounding⊠whatever fits your mood. The goal is to be relaxed before you start breathing.

Ideally, you should start with a short meditation of a maximum of 15 minutes.
5) Choose a mantra or anchor
Like:
âI am.â
âI enter the void.â
âMy desire will manifest in the void.â
Or even an image, sensation, or emotion that reminds you of the void, like darkness, the galaxy, floating, silence, peace.
If words are hard, pick an image or emotion. Thatâs enough. It can even be more effective for certains profiles.

6) DO NOT QUIT the first 15 minutes
This is where most people give up.
Why? Because your Oâ / COâ levels change rapidly on your brain.
You might feel:
head pressure,
nausea,
tingling,
Pain,
dizziness, etc.
These are NORMAL. Especially at the beginning eventually it'll pass. Thatâs why I shared a documents about common mistakes/question. Some of the biggest ones:
Breathing too fast â not deep and circular enough
Breathing too much in the belly â triggers sleep instead of altered states
Blocking at inhale or exhale â keep it flowing
Choosing music without 3 clear phases â no structure, no journey
7) Use your mantra during the session
Feel it or say it when you feel the moment is right.
Then keep breathing for AT LEAST 60 minutes. You need to go all the way.

8) Set your physical space right
Lay flat on your back
Cover yourself with light blankets
Wear a blindfold (or scarf)
Make sure youâre not going to be disturbed
->Comfort = immersion. Very important.
If your back hurt you can put a pillow behind it.
9) Right after that: put on a guided void meditation
Most people will already be in the void state by this point.
If not? Let the meditation pull you the rest of the way. No pause,go straight into it.
Instead of a void meditation, you can also use frequencies and sounds this is what I recommend.

You don't need to look at everything I put in this document, but I put meditations in relation to the void or even for premeditation if you are interested before the Holotropic breathwork.
10) Problems and How to Deal:
Sinus issues â breathe through your mouth
Asthma â at first it might feel like a mild attack, but itâs just your Oâ / COâ ratio changing. Still, if you get frequent attacks: donât do it
Heart conditions â if it's minor and you can do sports, go ahead. If your doctor said no physical strain, skip this and ask your doctor
Trauma / PTSD â this technique can bring up deep stuff. Sometimes thatâs healing, sometimes intense. Iâm traumatized too and had very liberating experiences, but if you have heavy dissociation issues, ask your psych first
11) After everything WRITE DOWN your experience
What you felt, saw, heard, thought.
This helps your brain anchor the experience and come back more easily next time.
I also made a document to help you interpret what you lived.
And another one to know if it was the void or not.
Who's most likely to NOT succeed at first (but it's fixable):
People with massive resistance to letting go
People who overthink the whole thing (though the breathing helps with this)
People who donât follow the protocol and try to âadaptâ everything guys please just follow the steps, I really thought it throughđ
People with conscious or subconscious fear of the void (again, the breathing helps)
People who mentally check out during the guided meditation (this lowers effectiveness but doesnât ruin it)
If you do this once per week, fully and properly,

letâs drop the bullshit terms!! im TIRED
â3D vs 4Dâ âsubconsciousâ oh my god. shut up.
Although I have used these terms before, it has recently come to my understanding that these terms are so unnecessary.
There is no 3D and 4D , there is only you. There is only your mind. Reality is 100% mental and if thatâs the last thing i say, iâll say it. Itâs just you, there is no physical world looking at you like a judge at an audition looking to see if youâve âsaturatedâ or âpersistedâ enough before itâs ready to conform.
No. Look around, everything is a product of how youâve held reality in your mind. If youâve held it in such a way where you have a deep belief in the âdivisionâ of the âphysicalâ and the âmentalâ it will show division, because it is a direct reflection of the mind.
In fact, the term âphysicalâ is also about to cross the line of unnecessary vocabulary. Because everything is mental. Mental movement = physical movement. Mental success = physical success. So stop fighting with what you see, take it as feedback, you guys have such a deep belief in what your senses tell you, youâve drawn a line without evening knowing. You have assigned what you see infront of you as real and what you see in your mind as a dream. You see this as dream vs reality as if your mission is to convert your dreams into reality, but it is actually:
dream vs dream, they are of equal distance to you, the only difference is which one you choose to be aware of.
All you are seeing now is a hallucination, every memory and every current thought about yourself, every fear of âwhat ifsâ. They are just as real or ask fake as the life you seek.

itâs like youâre indecisive constantly jumping over the line of having it and not having it.
Realise that there is nothing left to do to materialise whatever is going on in your brain, because you need to come to terms with the fact that whatever is going on in your brain is everything you see around you. And if thatâs saying something about you that you donât like, change it.
Give it to yourself in imagination = give it to yourself period.
simply because you can.
You going through âunfavourable circumstancesâ in the âphysicalâ = your deep belief that life will keep moving on in a certain direction no matter how hard you try, your deep belief in time. = your creation
There is no âI know iâm a god butâŠâ âI know i have it butâŠâ
You have it or You do not. And because there is nothing left, no duality between the physical and mental, you only have to make the decision once.
If you believe in a divide, you will see one. If you believe in delayed âphysicalâ, you will stay in the state of waiting.
Thereâs nothing going on behind the scenes with your imagination, it is upfront and in your face and it is impossible for it to be any other way. Again, if thatâs sending a message your uncomfortable with, thereâs only one thing to do. Wake up.
There will be some of you frustratedly asking âWell how do i change what i seeâ, imagine. Change self and collapse the dream that there are two worlds, there is only one.
Your job isnât to match the physical with the mental, it is to realise thereâs no such. Itâs all one, itâs all you. Donât like it? change, or should say realise there are no changes to be made as creation is finished, become aware of the life you want and youâll have it.
These egotistical terms of a â3Dâ and â4Dâ need to go. Itâs like thereâs a singular dog in front of you. And you are dreaming so hard you have split that dog into two forms and called one a cat.

You say you are god but do you know what it means to be a god? One of the main attributes that define a god is being Omnipresent, and the fact that you are still: 1. imagining a division, 2. complaining and whining about said division shows you donât even know what youâre saying.
You are not separate from what you observe. There is no such thing as the â3Dâ showing you what you donât what and acting out of control, going off the rails, against what youâre trying to âpersistâ in. You control everything wake up and realise that, and i mean everything, no coincidences or signs, it is 100% tailored to the mind down to the minute details.
Drop the bs terms and become aware of that which you wish to be aware of. There is nothing and no one outside of you, so nothing is going to help you but you.
Once you collapse the dream, âinstant manifestationâ will be achieved.
Are you sure you mean it when you say you are all that is??
Because if you did, you would lack nothing

I manifested my dream life after 1+ year of nonstop trying
First of all, i would like to give some background information. I've been in the subliminal community since 2017-2018, i was LITERALLY in primary school đ
Manifestation is not a new concept to me, i tried the law of assumption in 2021 but didn't get my desire so i gave up. in december 2024 i got back into it and decided for myself what i wanted my dream life to be.
Here's everything i manifested:
desired face
desired body
desired family
desired grades + having skipped a year
seeing my long distance boyfriend in august
and many MANY other things i can't think of rn LOL
HERE'S WHAT CLICKED
I used to think that i was doing everything right, i persisted, i affirmed, i lived in the end and i NEVER wavered, or so i thought. I thought wavering was strictly contradicting your desires for example "i don't have _", i thought it was anything that implied that you don't have it.
However my version of wavering is what i would refer to as "creating a Plan B" which this post made me realise i was doing. I constantly discussed what i would do IF i didn't get it. For example: let's say i want to manifest a class being cancelled, i would decide the class is cancelled and maybe affirm a little but then i would suddenly proceed to take my notes for the class 'just in case it didn't get cancelled'. I didn't think it was wavering because i was talking hypothetically but that ALSO contradicts the mindset of me having it all.
Eventually i also came across this subliminal. I HIGHLY recommend you look at the benefits, you don't even have to listen. The subliminal talks about the law of obsession and honestly i could try as hard as i can to explain it but i recommend you just look at the document because it's perfectly worded and i would NOT do it justice i fear.
HOW DID I PROCEED ?
With this newfound clarity i decided to continue my journey differently. I would never EVER contradict my desires. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever EVER !!!!
Now this is the part where this post saved my ass. I know for a FACT that if ur reading this ur wondering "well how the hell am i supposed to just stop my negative thoughts overnight" and let me tell you something, you don't. STOP TRYING TO PUSH UR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AWAY !! IT ONLY MAKES IT WORSE !! And now ur DEFINITELY wondering "well wtf do i do then ??" and this is where i tell you to Just. Let. Them. Pass.
Do not entertain negative thoughts. Don't agree with them and don't disagree with them, they're quite literally ragebaiters đ„
Ragebait is made for interaction, otherwise it serves no purpose. You should only observe those thoughts and move on, instantly distract yourself.
HOWEVER let's say you absolutely CANNOT get rid of those thoughts then i firmly recommend this post to help you deal with them so you can move on. SUMMARY
NEVER contradict ur desires, do not even dare to think about "well what if i don't get it ??" and stop trying to play it safe.
Don't try to fight wavering or negative thoughts just ignore them and move on, if you really can't check out the post i linked.

I thought I was manifesting like a pro, but turns out I was still playing scared â making backup plans like setting a reboot van just in case. Thatâs wavering. Real manifesting is committing like you already won the match â no Plan B, just full send.
Negative thoughts? Donât fight them. Thatâs like building against a bot for no reason. Just let them glide by â theyâre ragebait trying to get a reaction. Observe, ignore, move on. If they keep spamming, check out the post/subliminal mentioned â itâs like grabbing a mythic to help reset your mindset.

there is no plan B when manifesting
If youâre thinking about Plan B, then youâve already decided Plan A might not work.
And that right there is the problem.
When youâre manifesting something there is no need for a backup. Why would there be? Plan B only exists when you donât fully believe in Plan A. Itâs a soft cushion for failure, a silent admission that "maybe this wonât happen," and the moment you entertain that thought, youâre already out of alignment.
Manifestation is not about hoping or trying or "seeing how it goes." Itâs about knowing. Itâs about choosing your reality and refusing to entertain anything that contradicts it.
The universe doesnât respond to hesitation. It doesnât respond to your fallback plans or your doubts or your inner negotiations. It responds to certainty â unwavering, grounded, undeniable knowing. The kind of knowing that says: This is mine. Itâs done. Thereâs nothing more to figure out.
Neville Goddard said it best:
âDo not condition your desire. Just accept it as it comes to you. Give it all your faith. Do not ask how it will come about.â
You donât need to know the how. You donât need to prepare for what might go wrong. Your only job is to live in the end -> to mentally dwell in the state of the wish fulfilled so deeply that it becomes your only truth.
If youâre constantly checking for proof or creating alternate routes "just in case," youâre signaling that you donât actually have it â that youâre still waiting for it, hoping for it, doubting it.
Drop the fear, drop the second-guessing, and fully commit to your desired reality as if itâs already here.
The 3D will begin to bend. Reality starts catching up. And suddenly youâre not chasing anything anymore â because itâs already yours.
Creation is finished. It was always finished. The only thing that ever needed to change was your mind.
So no, there is no Plan B. Because when you believe in Plan A with your whole being, Plan B becomes irrelevant.

I never really understand when ppl say I'm already in my dr, or at least I'm not sure if I get it right??
âyouâre already in your drâ doesnât mean youâre daydreaming hard enough, it means reality is a hallway with infinite doors, and youâre already walking through the one you chose.
it means the moment you decide itâs real, reality starts rearranging itself like a stage crew behind a curtain. it means you donât have to try to get there, you are there, and the 3d is just catching up. it means you donât wait for proof, you become the proof.

iv , the mind collapses on itself. how do you know you arenât already in your dr? how do you prove this isnât the dream? the body stops feeling like yours. the world gets flimsy at the edges. and then? the illusion shatters.
v , you remember. not enter. not âget there.â just....remember. your dr? you were in it before you even asked. shifting? you never had to try. it was always just a breath away. you were never locked out. you just forgot the door was already open.
vi , you're there. like the ending of a lucid dream where you suddenly know without needing proof. and thatâs it. you're there. you always were.

the anti-method works for getting into the void as well, as it bypasses the idea of getting there entirely. instead of treating the void as a destination you have to reach, it flips the perspective :
youâre already in the void. you just forgot.
the void isnât something you enter. itâs something you remember. itâs the default state, the space beneath everything else. but your mind, in its little desperate need to cling to reality, convinced you that youâre somewhere else. that youâre here instead of there. this method forces your brain into a logical spiral . . .
â how do i know iâm not already in the void? â how do i prove this isnât the dream? â what if i just⊠forgot?
and because your brain canât disprove it, the illusion starts to crack. your body stops feeling real. the world starts to feel dreamlike. the physical self detaches, and, poof, there you are. or rather, there you always were.
it works because it messes with the fabric of perception. if you stop believing in the difference between âhereâ and âthere,â whatâs left???? just being. just existing. and in that moment of realisation, the illusion of reality collapses. and you remember the void like an old childhood memory suddenly rushing back.
once you're in the void, once the realisation fully sinks in and the illusion crumbles, you're just there. infinite. detached. pure awareness. itâs like waking up from a dream, but instead of waking into your bedroom, you wake into nothingness. and then? well, you decide.
â if you want to affirm, affirm. â if you want to shift, set your intention and let yourself go. â if you want to just exist in the void, soak in the weightless, limitless nothingness.
thereâs no next step because the void doesnât require doing. itâs the ultimate being. you can shape it, or you can let it hold you. either way, youâre already exactly where you need to be.
what happens after? whatever you want. thatâs the whole point.
ౚৠand that is it. no trying, no reaching, just a little oh. moment. a dĂ©jĂ vu in the back of your mind. go play in the dreamscape. you were never here anyway.
you definitely don't require this method, or any method at all to either shift *or* get to the void, but method can be fun ! you can definitely try this one out if you wish.

How I shift regularly:

Hey guys. I am not very active on this blog but I got a few questions on how I shift now and instead of answering them all individually I though i would make a post. Without furthur ado....
âșââ§ How I shift now:
Since I shifted for the first time, I have found that it has become much easier for me to shift. Nothing has changed, I haven't suddenly activated a gene that made it easier for me to shift, nothing has changed physically, I didn't manifest going back to a reality in which it was easier for me to shift. It was all a mental change. Your mindset and assumptions are the only thing that make you shift, nothing else
You do not need to do anything in the physical reality to induce a shift. It is all mental. Assume you have shifted and then run with that assumption. I am not telling you to ignore the 3d, make your life into a disaster and make decisions that'll harm you but you need to learn to become indifferent to the 3D. You CAN react to the 3D, just remove all power it holds over you. Remember its malleable and you are the one who molds it.
As for shifting itself, the shift starts as soon as you assume you are in your desired reality, and it ends as soon as the physical reality reflects what is in your mind. There is no method you need to do, no subliminals you have to listen to, no otherworldy states you need to induce.
When I want to shift on a day, I set the intention by assuming I am already there, in my mind I repeat affirmations that imply I am there. Another important thing that i use is assuming that once i have stated I am in my WR/DR, nothing can change that fact. It doesn't matter if I waver, it doesn't matter if I forget about my intention or react negatively to the 3d, it doesn't matter. The 3D HAS to change - that is law
There is this analogy that is popular about manifesting being like watching a movie that you already know the ending to. It doesn't matter what is going on right now - you know the ending (the fullfilment of your desire) so there is no need to worry. This is the same sort of mindset I have when I intent to shift.
When I go to sleep on days I have intended to shift I do either of 2 things :
âșââ§ -> Imagine myself waking up in my desired reality and embody my DR self
This includes the thoughts my DR self would be having and planning the day ect. This all involves fully "being" the person already. An important point however to note is that you are not doing anything to GET
âșââ§ -> Imagine random scenarios that have nothing to do with anything
This is the most common one I use tbh, everything is done so there is no need to do anything now, I just like to daydream about things that I want to daydream about.
The thing to note is you already know whats going to happen, you already know how things are going to end -> it is inevitable so it doesn't actually matter what you do, it doesn't change the result, which is you shifting.
This is the way I shift now

I think I should really say this because I've not heard anyone talk about it. There is no law to anything. There is no right method to anything. There is no right side or worng side to anything. There is just YOU.
LOA and methods and all that stuff is based upon you. Your life is not based upon them. They don't work because they're the law. They work because that's our way of being.

i donât care what youâre doing, start thinking as them right now. donât act like itâs a completely different person, itâs literally YOU, youâve done that script so you know how they would act, so become them now. be as âdelusionalâ as you can be, embody them, talk like them and think like them. what would their daily routine be like? how do they speak? do they like or dislike this? do they prefer this or that?
youâre not in this reality anymore, youâre in your dr, you are with your comfort people and doing what you love, acknowledge that youâre where you want to be and feel fulfilled. donât look for signs, donât seek for evidence that youâre really there, just accept it as your truth, because imagination is the only reality, the physical world will catch up soon but you have to trust yourself, trust that you already are there. because you are.

Reminder that shifting is easy.
I shifted last night when I had no intention to. I didn't wanna shift anywhere specifically. I went to sleep being super tired and just for the purpose of sleeping. Any thought that came to me about shifting or my dr I just acknowledged them and said I am already there.
And I just let it be. I didn't focus on shifting or not shifting. I did what I wanted to do. Just going to sleep knowing that I am always in my dr because I exist there. It's that easy.

'How to' shift in a nutshell.

We've all heard this. Be in your dr. Pretend you're in your dr. Act like you're in your dr. This and that and blah blah blah. No need to do so much mental work. Please don't advise people to do this. Well unless it helps you or you like doing it, it's not really a necessity.

What this actually means is that you should know that you already exist in your dr whether your awareness has shifted or not because you are living infinite realities at the same time right in this moment, the present. You are here, not because you're physically here but because you're aware of being in this reality. It's a conscious decision to be here. It's the knowing that comes along with looking around and being yes I live here. Just use this same knowing to know that you already in your dr as well, why? because you are everywhere. Living every life you want.
You don't even have to think of your dr imagining your surroundings and acting like you're there. Just being aware of existing there without feeling like you're there is more than enough to shift.

Now you're aware of your dr. You ask me, "What do I do with this reality now?" I say, "Nothing. Just be." Be with the knowing that you already are where you want to be and live your 3D like a sailor on the seas. Go with the flow because that's what's important. You just acknowledging once that you're in your DR is enough. Keep living here in the present. Focus on the 3D because your awareness is here presently. Do what you need to do, go to school, eat food, take a shower, do your homework etc. Because you exist here as well. You've got to live here too. Whenever the thought of your dr arises know that you're there as well.

I don't know dude. If you already exist where you want why do you need the 3D to change? Don't you already exist in your DR? Aren't you already aware that you exist there? You only want the 3D to change if you're not where you want. But I just said that you're always existing where you want right? When you became aware of that reality you already shifted. Keep going with that knowing. Remember, the shift is always internal.

Now, whatever will come up you've got to let it be. Don't fight it. You want to cry? Cry. Spiral? Spiral. The 3D is making you go crazy? Go crazy. Everything sucks? Whatever you say gorgeous. Nothing I mean nothing can stop the shift. Once you become aware of your dr it's inevitable to shift. Why? Because that's just how it is. That's what you want and the whole point of life is to experience what you want. Let your thoughts be. Feel whatever comes up let it be and know you're already in your dr. It's not to gaslight yourself. It's just the truth.
End notes: Technically people who didn't even know about shifting have shifted. That just further proves how easy it is and requires literally zero effort. Happy shifting!

I KNOW I can shift, I KNOW I exist in my desired reality. Hell yeah I fucking know it. Im aware of it. Without a single doubt.
I already âmentally shiftedâ but my senses are still in this reality. I understand they shift later, that it takes time. But Iâm tired of the waiting. Iâm sick of it. And I donât expect you to tell me what exactly I need to do or solve the problem for me. Maybe just some advice so I wonât lose my mind completely.

It doesn't take time, it takes knowing. I understand that you want your 3D to change. I know it's annoying when you see it be the same. Just understand this, your physical reality only shows you the things you knew to be true in the past. Now that you know that you're in your DR, it's only a matter of being. If you already exist there does it matter what this reality looks like?
Relax, take a deep breath and keep knowing. You're there already.

You want to shift? Then act like it. Stop doubting. Stop hesitating. Stop waiting for some magical sign to tell you itâs possible. You are the sign.
No one else is responsible for your reality except you. If you want this, prove it. Train your mind. Discipline your thoughts. Believe in yourself so fiercely that doubt doesnât even have a chance to creep in.
Shifting isnât about âluckâ or âif it happens.â Itâs about when you decide to take control. So decide. Commit. Do it. Because no one else is coming to save you, you have to save yourself.

stop acting like this place is your home, itâs not. Same thing with those trying to manifest things. Youâre manifesting a new body but Yyou believe that your home is the reality where you hate your body and that youâre doing something grand and groundbreaking by trying shift from that. You want your dream life through the void state. But you believe this reality youâre experiencing right now is your home. Your base point. Your starting ground. And you think that because you are so tied to this reality by scripting and shifting to a new life youâre doing something crazy and out-of-body like.
Let me tell you something. You arenât. This is going to sound insane but you are as close to this reality and you are to your dream life. You are as bound to the reality where you have you dream green eyes than you are to the âcurrentâ where you have blue eyes that you donât want.
The only reason that us bloggers use the term âcurrent realityâ is because this is the reality where your consciousness lies. I will say this again: there are multiple different versions of you reading this that you arenât aware of and theyâre probably not aware of you. Think of the country you live in right now. Thereâs a version of you that is from somewhere else and may know nothing about the place you call home and havenât even step foot there. Itâs so trippy to think about but what iâm trying to get at is that this isnât your home. Itâs nothing to be scared of, shouldnât it be empowering and comforting to know you could be anyone you want to be?

Itâs so easy to shift your consciousness itâs not something you need to mentally prep for, thereâs nothing to do. As soon as you want and intend the shift, it happens, regardless of what youâre seeing. You arenât stuck here, and it pains me when you guys speak about circumstances as if theyâre permanent. They donât have to exist at all. There is no journey, itâs just immediate teleportation. Think as if. Think of your âdesired realityâ and your current. Place your awareness there.
The reason you have so much resistance is because you believe you have to. Deep down, you believe effort is needed to leave, you believe you need some extravagant journey as youâre leaving the place you felt bound to all this time. You donât, youâve left. youâve shifted. You canât grasp that nothing, absolutely nothing needs to be done to enter the state of pure consciousness, your literal naked self.
You believe it needs to be hard because itâs too good to be true.
Leave that belief behind. You arenât far from your life. The life you intend to have. In fact, youâre right there. Think of all these realities like your children. All of them are related to you the same way. You donât have one child that youâre absolutely bound to, assuming youâre a good parent with no favourites. Theyâre ALL close to you in the same proximity. They ALL have the same relation to you. Itâs YOUR BLOOD aka YOU running through their veins, the veins of all these realities, even the ones you arenât conscious of yet. You arenât just bound to one.
So you donât need to work super hard for that body, that shift, that face. When we say itâs yours we arenât just trying to be encouraging itâs just facts. Iâm not the most well versed marvel fan, but does Dr strange have a hard time shifting or does he just know where he wants to go and opens those portal thingys? Be like him. Know where you want to go and leave.
Wash your hands of what you donât want and think as if. Thinking as if = placing your consciousness in desired state = you are in desired state = 3d will follow.
This isnât home base. There isnât a home base. Take that into consideration when youâre struggling to truly âjust beâ while trying to induce the void.

Your desires are YOU.

I seriously need you guys to stop saying you haven't gotten your desires. Stop saying that 'pretend you have it already'. This is seriously not true. You can't pretend anything. It'll only make it harder for you when you feel doubt and check in the physical plane and see nothing.
When I say that you are your desires I'm not saying that to motivate you, I don't care about that. I'm telling you the truth so you can learn the way how reality works, how you work and motivate yourself.
It is your reality. It is made up of you. Your desires are not something that appear out of thin air. They appear out of you. Stop with the mindset that makes you believe that you're anything else but your desires.
You are just a ball of energy. So are your desires. When we say that the 4D is the true reality, we don't mean that the 3D is not real. It is very much real, just that it is coming out of you and showing you what you decide. Imagination and reality are not different. They are one. Imagination is reality and reality is imagination. 3D=4D.
Every thought you have is a whole reality, a whole universe on it's own. Every desire you have makes up your soul, your heart. Your desires, your wishes no matter how 'long' or how 'far' in the 'future' will show up. You cannot stop getting your heart's desires. That's literally why you're here. To experience what you want.
No fear or doubt in the entire world combined can stop what you have full control over. Stop acting like you're scared you won't get your 'desires'. They are literally you. You are made up of your desires. Your desires are completely made up of you. You breath them into existence by just existing. Please stop behaving like you aren't aware of how reality works.
You can spiral, doubt, fear all you want, in the end you'll experience what your heart desires. It's inevitable. Feeling what you're feeling is good. But those feelings arising because you think you're not enough? Have some trust in yourself and wake tf up to the truth.
You can't cry about not having something when that something is you. This is where inner fulfilment comes in. Those people weren't lying when they said all that. Inner fulfilment is not the feeling of wish fulfilled. It is the knowing. The knowing that what you desire is you. You don't desire something outside of you.
Your desire is made up of every inch and ounce of you in it. Look within. It's right there.

Chat with AI about void stateâš
Hey, I am Aeon, and in this post I wanted to share a chat that I had with a spiritual AI. I am always interested in understanding where I came from and how easy it is for me to "get back" to that state. When I write "me" I mean me as in the awareness in this body/this reality, and when I say "get back" I'm not actually talking about "going" anywhere. Anyways, we'll get back to that in a moment.
Here is the chat I had with the AI, and I hope more of you can get the same understanding I got from it, because I really am feeling it right now even when I am writing.

I have two questions and I think I know the answer to at least the first one. Number 1: If I (the innerman) (the term "innerman" is from one of my favorite bloggers on here @salemlunaa) am awareness, and the void is pure awareness, am I the void? Number 2: Is the subconscious "with me" when I am in the void state?

Is that why it's so easy in that state? because their subconscious isn't "there" with them to influence any choices?

Yeah, that's what I thought, this happened to me last night. But after I realized that I am awareness I had the most crazy "symptoms" I've ever had, because I realized those things when I chatted with you yesterday. I think that I just got way too hung up on the sleep part.
