Hwiccewyrm trispiculum lived during the late Triassic, around 208-202 million years ago, in what is now England. It was one of the last known members of the procolophonid family, a lineage of small stocky lizard-like animals that had been widespread and abundant earlier in the Triassic.
(Traditionally procolophonids are classified as parareptiles, but some recent studies suggest this group is paraphyletic or polyphyletic, with some "parareptiles" potentially nesting within the diapsids instead.)
Measuring around 30cm long (~1'), Hwiccewyrm had wide flaring cheek bones ornamented with large spines, and like some other procolophonids it may also have had bony scute armor on its body. Its large blunt teeth suggest it was feeding on particularly tough foods such as fibrous vegetation or hard-shelled invertebrates.

My personal pet project of a Regional Form Dragonite! (Dragon/Water?) ((Please do not tag as a Redesign! This is not a redesign. There was no intention of redesigning Dragonite))
I've made alternate Dragonair evolutions before, solely out of love for Dragonair as a standalone design and not because I feel hatred towards regular Dragonite. I think regular Dragonite is awesome and this form is not a replacement. You can tell because it's silver to the original gold!
The lore is that while Kantonian Dragonite are super hardy, excellent migration Pokemon that can travel super long distances through intense weather, this form of Dragonite is far more frail and sensitive to its environment. It is neotenous-- meaning that it resembles its younger versions in its adult form. Think of it as the axolotl to the salamander.
They are freshwater dragons that thrive in only the cleanest, most nutrient rich environments. They can fly, but prefer to stay in their home to protect it from harm and pollution. Contrary to their golden counterpart, they are far more wary of humans but will help if necessary.
edit: fixed the rendering on the orbs

Since I read the 5º book I knew I needed to draw this scene, I know there are already a lot of drawings about this, but still I couldn't resit to do my own version. Kaladin is my fave character and seeing him finally being happy and enjoying life made my heart melt.
btw, I got a little carried away drawing them and ended up sketching two different versions! XD For the second one, I wanted the two of them to look like constellations in the Cosmere sky :')

And some extras! A close-up and clean version:

So I’ve been thinking a bit more on the Singers design. Specifically the Forms of Power and Warform. (Maybe a bit of workform?)
So they always mention how the emotions of humans are on their face, and this seems a bit strange to them. I’ve always associated it with sort of a limited mobility in the face. So one thing lead to another, and it got me thinking that what if the carapace actually included the entirety of the upper jaw.
This would make it harder for them to express themselves with their face, and would then have to heavily rely on those rhythms to emote. I think there is some flesh there so they arent like completely made of bone, and can make limited expressions, but nothing like humans can.
I am thinking there are exception to these in cases like mateform/dullform and some other common forms. But still most of their expression would stay in their lips rather than their eyes as they still have a carapace skull plate, it is just thinner and smaller so it allows the flesh to move a bit more human-like.
