So it's been nearly half a year since I made this post, but I'd like to share with everyone the change since then.

After a wild goosechase for a mental health professional that was available, I ended up having sessions with a psychologist and put on SSRIs (was also taking valium while waiting for the SSRIs to kick in).

There is no shame in seeking help for your mental health and does improve your quality of living by tenfold. You are not alone.

Just some Haikus

I was shaking out of nowhere and for some reason couldn’t stop so I made a bunch of Haikus to calm myself down. I’m considering seeking some professional help. I hope you enjoy and this helps you too!

TB: And I don’t mean to burst your bubble. That is an interesting coincidence. But, God, I was– you would have never seen me in Lake Sammamish State Park again with all that heat. [laugh] That’s a lot of heat there.

RK: Ahh ha.

TB: That would have been fairly memorable. No, that, I’m most certain that that couldn’t be me. And besides, at that time I am, I think, you notice on the back of the car was a missing–

RK: Ahh ha. Right. Right. 

TB: of the ski rack.

RK: Ski rack?

TB: Ski rack. Ya.

That is 234 people. 234 children, teens and staff that had their life ended by a bullet in a place that is supposed to be safe since the Columbine High School Massacre. This does include the perpetrators, though, who are not victims in any way. There have been SO MANY others that have had non-fatal injuries that have also scared, hurt and traumatized our children. Parents send their kids to these places everyday, usually without this being in their mind. We need action. This is ONLY in America, they have the most school shootings. We don’t need guns. I’m sorry if you like to hunt or want to protect yourself but having an AR-15 will not protect your child during a school shooting. Please, PLEASE make this stop. I’m scared to go to school, and I’m Canadian. I’m begging you to do something, America, you’re killing your children. Rest In Peace to the 234 victims. ♥️
