I want to tell you the ocean knows this, that life in its jewel boxes is endless as the sand, impossible to count, pure, and among the blood-colored grapes time has made the petal hard and shiny, made the jellyfish full of light and untied its knot, letting its musical threads fall from a horn of plenty made of infinite mother-of-pearl.

3 major approaches for theREEF CoOperative Habitat...
1.-"Core" - Primary Stakeholder exists at the center, closer to mainland and subsequent stakeholders reside further out toward the East river.
2.-"Venice Village" - a Plaza or town square model with elements of Venice, Italy in it's waterways and regional plazas.
3.-"Park" - An outer ring of parkland, half as wide as Central Park, encloses the primary action within a wide channel for octopus harvesting
The final result will surely be the Core model with optimized elements of the other ideas. Stay Tuned!
