Kuvira narrowed her eyes at the transforming spirit, though she didn’t recognize the young man form it used, memory of Wan having faded in the past ten thousand years.  ”The Earth Empire is facing many problems, among which is a talking spirit in a restricted area,” she answered crossly.

"You really need to learn to relax, you know?" Wan mused. "I mean honestly, Korra rejoined the spirit world with your world, so It will be natural some spirits may decide to appear wherever you are. So what there in a restricted place?" He mused, grabbing and stroking his goatee in thought. "As long as you don't harm them, they won't kill you."

The spirit was not unused to the first avatar’s mild taunting. He entered into the space she occupied as he pleased, something few spirits did, and left when it suited him- she’d yet to understand why. As it was she sat by the small pool of water she used to watch over the mortal world, eyes flickering to the man. “Do you only come to visit when you feel the want to antagonize me?” she asked, brow raising somewhat.

"I didn't mean to sound antagonizing." Wan replied, as he frowned. "I was really just wondering what was wrong. But.. heck, maybe I should ask Aang to help you instead."

That was right. Aang passed. The current avatar was Korra, a small little girl in the water tribe.. And Sokka was pretty old. He mused, thoughtful.

"I mean, you seem nicer if he tries too."

Wan noticed the young girls distress. In the spirit world, she had no way of seeing that boy she loved anymore. Wan frowned, and moved to brush his hair back as he walked to her, and sat beside her. He eyed her- His golden gaze a bit amused, as he wondered.

"Growing sad over past boy issues?~"

Even as a spirit, Wan could be seen by people. And that was alright, he seemed pretty chill with that fact. But when Kuvira rose onto the throne, he was concerned. So, disgused as a little spirit, Wan followed her inside of her office, and then transformed back into his youthful look, as he gave a cocky smile.

"Oh, Emperess. My My, aren't you looking stressed?"
