Final Goodbye
This is my last blog and it was nice to say I enjoyed doing this for the past 10 weeks. I decided for my last and final review I would review one last game for you guys. The game I chose is Star Wats Battlefront II, I feel it’s new and with the new movie coming out in a few days it’s a perfect pick. The game is what Star Wars fans want. They re-amped the graphics making the game beautiful and added more characters to the big cast the franchise has created. As well gameplay wise last year the maps struggled being too small or even just a lack of focus on gameplay but this year they completely changed that. They added classes of shooters so in order to win the best way to go about it is by working with your team. As well they added new jedis like Yoda and Darth Maul (my favorite) to the game. Overall they did amazing with this game. Last year’s game was bad. Within the first month it dropped in price to $30. This year this is not the case. They did this game justice and brought us a game we can play for hours and have fun with. I hope you guys enjoyed my view and thank you for keeps my up with my blog !

A different look on Mario
Mario Odyssey is different. And when I say different I do not mean this in a bad way I mean it is different in way that we would not think Mario would turn to. Our favorite plumber has a cap in this game he can throw, and take control of certain enemies and at first looking at trailers I thought do I really want another Mario game? How will this be any different than running around hitting my head on blocks to get coins? I bought the game for my Nintendo Switch and I must say different is good. It’s new and fun. It keeps you engaged and wanting to play more. They even add throwback things to older games that make you appreciate the time and effort they put in the game. If you do not own a Nintendo Switch I’m not saying not to buy the system for this one game but this game is a very convincing reason to get one.

Call of Duty is Back
The old school feeling of staying on the ground, camping and really the grit of Call of Duty is back in action. They swayed away from it with the last 3 games making them futuristic with high tech games but the gaming community just could not buy in. Of course we all still got the game because it’s Call of Duty the best sell by franchise there is why not test it out? And this year’s World War II is the perfect way to get us back into the swing of things. The campaign is great, I never really play it because of the lack of story but World War themes always make me attracted a little more. Online gameplay is great and with a 4K T.V it makes the graphics look even more better. They definitely took their time with this game focusing on every little detail possible. Bringing back Nazi zombies is a plus, it’s a lot more fun fighting them than running around an amusement park in the last game. Overall I feel any real call of duty fan should jump right into this game and have lots of good memories while playing it.

Xbox One X
I’ve finally had enough time to play on this console since I’ve been so busy with basketball and I have to see it it beautiful. The 4K graphics are amazing and the speed it runs at is ridiculously fast. Even with the Simpson WiFi that is already slow this console somehow squeezes every juice out of it to run beautifully. The sleek black finish is a great look. Visually it is very appealing and it is smaller than most Xbox’s with the ability to stand horizontally. It is surprisingly heavy for the size, the first generation Xbox one that is again visually bigger is lighter but then again the amount of hardware packed into the X is a lot more than the first. The controller is very comfortable as well with a nice matte black finish. Overall I really like this Xbox and I am very happy with the purchase!

iPhone X
I have had enough time to get my hands on the iPhone X. I spent all weekend getting the hang of it and messing with every aspect and in my opinion this phone is amazing. The camera is great and the scanning your face to open your phone works beautifully. The phone in size is smaller than the iPhone 8 plus but the screen is bigger since I️t takes up the whole screen. It’s worth the money if you’re really into gadgets like I am. Today I pick up my Xbox one X and I’ll be giving you guys the run down on the gameplay on that on Wednesday. Until next time guys !

Year of the X
I know I’m a little late on my post guys but I had to make sure I had everything reserved and ready to go for the next few weeks. The reason behind the title is because of the two biggest electronics coming out. First is the IPhone X, I was able to reserve it online and looking at all the specs it is one of the best iPhones to ever come out. Facial recognition and completely full screen which has never been done on an iPhone. The next things is the Xbox One X which is the fastest and ultimately best gaming device ever made. Stronger than any PC which is crazy and it has 4K gaming which would be compatible with a 4K TV. In the next two weeks I should have my hands on both items and give you guys a full hands on review of them! See you guys later !

My Favorite Game
Hey guys I was not able to get my hands on any new games this week but I would love to instead let you guys know what my favorite game is of all time. Yes all time. This is so difficult to for me to choose just one and I am sure I there are others that can compete for this that I have played but I am sticking to this. The game is (Drum roll in background).... Fallout 4! This game has been my favorite since it was officially announced at E3 in 2015. A huge game with an open world full of exploring and crafting with endless hours of game play. The main story is mapped out beautifully so you can be in control of how you want the game to end. Even when you finish the main story mode the DLC is jam packed with new missions and as well new items such as weapons armor and even new things to craft. I hope after reading this you guys get a little taste of why this is my favorite game. Until next time. Red Hawk Gamer out!

Cuphead-Believe the Hype!!
I know I I said would review Destiny 2 this week but I was not able to purchase the game due to college funds, but I was able to get my hands on the newest game Cuphead. It is a beautiful game on the Xbox one that looks like you’re playing an old Mickey Mouse game with cups shooting random monsters. It is only $20 which is great for gamers looking for something new and challenging. Just because you are playing with cartoons does not mean this game is anywhere near easy. I spent all night playing this game trying to get the best review for you guys and for the hours of playing I can tell you this game is one of the hardest games I have ever played. Every time I had to press restart to play a level over for dying I was frustrated yet addicted. It keeps you hooked the visuals and music just compliment each other perfectly. An overall aesthetically pleasing game with a simple concept but very difficult gameplay that keeps you wanting more. If you’re an owner of a Xbox One I highly suggest you check this game out. Thanks for reading my review. See you guys next week!

Player Unknown vs. Fortnite
Player unknown battlegrounds(PUB)has made a huge jump since the open beta. They have grown on the PC level because it is a game that no one has seen like it. They have revolutionized the way a first person shooter game is played. You can team up or take it head on in a survival game with 100 players where everyone starts with nothing and must find supplies to survive. With it being a huge hit they are bring the game now exclusively to Xbox (For now). Being that the Xbox X is coming out they are utilizing the best gaming console known to man to its full extent. Now as many fans are waiting for this game to come out for their home consoles there is an open beta on the game Fortnite. This game is a spin-off of PUB but in a more cartoonish look. The same aspect in game play and doing the same things except you are not allowed to ride vehicles like PUB which is a huge disadvantage when traveling in such a large map. An interesting aspect Fortnite brings to the table is the ability create your own fort. Being it is in the name of the game they allow you to build your own camp essentially to hide and ambush opposing players. I was confused at first what this when I first started the game but once I learned how to utilize this when games were getting to the end and maps were closing to smaller spaces it was a very useful tool. Even with Fortnite adding that I would still have to say PUB is the better game. You can never go wrong the original in my opinion and I love the look of real characters rather than cartoon playful ones. Thank you guys for stopping by and reading this weeks post! Next week I’ll be talking about Destiny 2. See you guys next week :-)

NBA 2K18
What’s up guys! Currently with the NBA coming back and the biggest sports game in the world coming out of course I am on my 2K grind right now. This game is completely different then 2K17 and has made so many advances, they seem to find ways to make this game better even when you think it is at its best. I currently own the game on my Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, I have not purchased the game for my PS4 yet but I definitely will. They have added new modes in MyTeam making it not as dragged out as before, the market has not been trashed yet so this is a good start for this game mode. MyGM has added a whole new story mode with player relations, and a dynamic experience that will have you on the edge of your seat. It had me so carried I actually really thought I was the GM for the Nets. Last but not least my favorite game mode MyCareer has been totally revamped. They added the Run the Neighborhood into the game and it has been everything the 2K community has wanted. I made two players I will talk more about next week, give you guys some of my favorite builds, dribble moves, and even created shots to help you guys get started. Thanks for stopping by, come back next week guys to find out more about your MyPlayer :)
