Hi!

Small question, are you going to do some gym leader redesigns? Or are you going to skip some either: due to them being alright or due to them being... idk?

I plan on hitting just about everyone with a canon vector drawing! My main thing for right now is to go in a sort of random gen order, so that no generation gets too many consecutive posts. HOWEVER that doesn't mean I'm not open to any requests for folks I haven't done yet, or for those who I made a few years back :)!

My biggest apologies for the inactivity, I've been so focused on other things! But I wanted to pop in with my interpretation of Hilda, and a bit of a news update!

The next few posts or so are going to be a little more experimental with lineworking and colors, so I'd love to hear thoughts/opinions on the change + thoughts about how it is as of currently :)

I really love Adaman and tbh I struggle with how I see him, but after some trial and error I think I pretty much got it down! Hopefully some other folks like him too :)

Mallow as a character is super interesting to me haha, no reason in particular other than I think she's neat :)

Next up is Ariana! Mostly I just added a bit more color to her fit to make it mesh better with Proton (who I've done ages ago! Wild to think it's been nearly two years now, wow). Not much more to say, she was already a really good character in my eyes :)

Another to add here! Honestly I've always been a fan of Gardenia's design but also wished it was just a little more...More, y'know?

Her hair was I think always my biggest gripe just because I never understood it, but I hope I made it a little more comprehensible by giving it a dyed underside!

I believe one of the first Galar people I've done, believe it or not. A whole almost two years now (!!!) and I'm finally getting confident with mashing up their complicated look!!!!!

Klara I think is a good start tbh; she's not too complicated, not too simple. I like what I did with her — her whole schtick of being cutesy and then being a Poison user is SO SO good lolol

It's sure been a second!!! But I return with actually quite a few folks, first being Wicke!

I don't think I changed too much tbh, just adjusted her suit to be less of a weird one-piece and more of a shirt + pants combo that I think fits her :) PLUS I think I gave her some cute shoes to tie it all in!

Question for everyone: if I started to draw, say, Pokemon the way I see them, would anyone have any objection to it?

I enjoy the creatures for these games as much as the people, and I think it'd be a neat little thing to add on to this blog :)

A few days ago I finished up Shauntal; not too many changes to her in my eyes, but her shaul (???) always felt weirdly...flat to me?

*waves* Hi again!!! I've been busy with other projects but I'm still going!

This time we took Glacia and made her to how we see her; honestly in the ORAS art she always looked a little... I don't want to say plain but she just didn't look like she screamed "ice-type user" haha.

So I tried to make it a little more clear with sharp shapes in her dress and with her earrings, and hopefully I got the idea across good!!!

Hello !!!!!! It's been a second and I've delayed posting this for a few weeks because I'm busy with other things but I found it in me to post Penny now!

Generally I like her design a TON so a lot of what I did was just stylistic choices rather than me changing her to how I see her. If that makes sense lol

She's just a great character overall design-wise, imo :)

Honestly a new personal fave! I love Jasmine as a whole for being a Steel-type trainer yet not directly looking like one; I tried to allude to her affinity with minerals through jewelry and lean into the fact she lives in a seaside city too :)

Hooh, it's been a minute huh!

I love Anabel's design so much so there's not a lot added, but I wanted to give her some extra flair and have a warmer palette overall :)

It's been a while and I'm a little bit rusty but I like this look for Raihan! I darkened a lot of his colors and simplified his fit to make it look more...coherent? I understand why Galar has those labels and whatnot but it's definitely a lot to look at 😅

I think my favorite change is his hair personally :) he really rocks it!

I honestly really dig her design but to me it feels like you couldn't really tell if she was an Ice-type user? So I added a little more blue to her look (and also for some contrast with her hair) and little ice crystal earrings + a hair clip :)
