Working on one of the largest woodcuts I’ve ever worked on. I will be explaining more soon on the meaning, my plans and etc! But for now I’m slowly adding the sharpie layer and soon I’ll be carving. The “due date” is May 6th and hopefully it’ll be ready for the gallery show on that day!

Wood cut that I hand printed on Stonehenge paper. I love the eyes and flowers so much.
This is about deception in friendships and overcoming the pain when they end. I made this in a reality difficult period in my life because of a friendship ending but it was really cathartic making this to be honest.

Sir Lionel Arthur Lindsay (1874 – 1961) was an Australian artist producing prints, watercolour paintings and wood carving. He taught himself etching and engraving. Lionel entered journalism in 1892. He studied at the National Gallery School, Melbourne. He travelled widely, visiting Spain, Italy, France and India. His many exhibitions in London brought international recognition.
