Posting this here cause else id bee taking out my anger somewhere I probably shouldn’t. So, no one’s ever gonna see this anyways.

For the last 3 years I’ve been doing nursing school and now It’s basically finished. I only have two written final exams left. I already did my practical exam and everything else. I‘m a psych nurse which means i work im a psychiatric hospital. I’m currently working in a paediatric psych unit.

And as I already started this off, I‘m angry. What makes me so angry is the fact that we don’t have a graduation ceremony. Nurses work their asses of all year long. They get told how important they are and they’ve been basically begging us to stay in the job after getting the diploma. Cause theres a huge number of students who leave the job the moment they graduate. But they don’t even manage to hold us a ceremony or something to congratulate us. Most other schoolings get a whole ceremony where you can bring plus ones, get your diploma handed over on a whole stage and everything. And we just get the diplomas sent home per mail.

Idk, but it just makes me angry that they beg us to stay but can’t even plans us a ceremony.
