Zine interest check - Nezuko

40k Cold flank by Auzzymo

Got these used from someone who'd painted them in Biel-Tan colors, and even though I run an Ulthwe army I decided to redo them in Biel-Tan colors to honor the original painter (but also because I think the Biel-Tan colors just look better on Rangers!)

Painted with Citadel and Vallejo paints, with random bits for basing.

A couple of the Wizkids Deep Cuts miniatures I painted based on D&D shenanigans with Brittney. Hers is Pupper, to the right, and mine, pictured to the left, shall henceforth be known in the mortal realms as Mr. Bubz.

These were actually tremendously fun to do and involved a lot of trial and error and experimenting on fire effects.

Done with Citadel and Vallejo paints!

Most of the time it takes multiple weeks for me to get through a project - these, though, were a speed project for me. Got them all done start to finish in three days, and I think they actually turned out better than the last batch I did! Painted with Citadel and Vallejo paints, with random basing bits. (Based the paint scheme on some old Codex art.)

Did a Farseer around a year ago, but with it being a "proxy" model wanted to have an official one in the event of tournaments, events, etc.(And also just wanted an excuse to paint this model, which has been sitting on the "to do" list for years!) Completed with Vallejo and Citadel paints and random basing materials.

Did this one as a D&D accessory, which is also just the right size to double as nifty objective markers for 40K or other games. The set was a bargain at $12, if you're looking for random scatter terrain for a table. (I added the bases though!)

First up for today's galleries - the Amallyn Shadowguide miniature from the Blackstone Fortress set. You might notice something peculiar about the hood - that is, in fact, a Bugbear hat, and a homage to a friend's (glorious) D&D character. Done with a mix of Vallejo and citadel paints and random basing materials. Working with white is hard!

Ages ago I posted a picture showing what my 700 pt. Eldar army looked like, and today I get to post again showing off my shiny new 1250 pt. Eldar army.  Pictures to follow of some of the new additions, but...damn.  I am proud of myself today. Also have some nifty new terrain pieces done, which is pretty swell.

Random Headcanon: That Federation vessels in Star Trek seem to experience bizarre malfunctions with such overwhelming frequency isn’t just an artefact of the television serial format. Rather, it’s because the Federation as a culture are a bunch of deranged hyper-neophiles, tooling around in ships packed full of beyond-cutting-edge tech they don’t really understand. Endlessly frustrating if you have to fight them, because they can pull an effectively unlimited number of bullshit space-magic countermeasures out of their arses - but they’re as likely as not to give themselves a lethal five-dimensional wedgie in the process. All those rampant holograms and warp core malfunctions and accidentally-traveling-back-in-time incidents? That doesn’t actually happen to anyone else; it’s literally just Federation vessels that go off the rails like that. And they do so on a fairly regular basis.

I know everyone wants to make jokes about Waluigi being mad about the piranha plant but there is a huge chance that Walugi RAISED that plant.

Every time Waluigi gets a stage or race track there are piranha plants everywhere. If he isnt paired with Wario he is paired with a plant, and he is the ONLY person who puts the plants in those pots with the little wedge.

Look at that, its the same pot, it could even be the same plant, just all grown up. The plant even has a waluigi SKIN

The lips match his nose, the purple matches his hat, and the pot matches his L, its even gold, like Waluigi’s greed.

In conclusion, Waluigi is so proud of his child for killing it in smash
