A new project I started this week: going through and cataloguing some of our donated collections. I highly doubt any of these are actually rare or valuable, so the majority might get passed on - we don’t have that much space in the archives - but ultimately that’s not my decision.

first week at the internship went well! Mostly it's just been training and small tasks, not anything super interesting yet, but everyone seems nice and I'm not bored, so...

oh, and I got some pizza to celebrate the end of my first week from the place downtown. All in all, I'd call this a success.

gettin' started

I'm officially starting my internship on Monday. I'm def excited, but it's also a pretty local place without a ton of funding. I have no idea if this will get me job experience or if I'll just be running around doing grunt work.

But, either way, it'll give me something to do. Been bored out of my mind recently.
