A smaller version of the animal skull mask I made before. Looks a bit more proportionate to the Sim's body.

Found in skin details - forehead. Has a custom icon. Eyeless skull has 1 swatch, and the skull with eyelenses has 5.

Kind of compatible with hair, but most hair will have texture bleed.
