Overheard my sister and papa talking on the phone

Papa: " how's your ate (older sister)? Is she doing well?"

Sis: "she has been pulling daily 2 hours overtime at work. She even accompanied me going to groceries despite being ill.

Then tonight, 7:54, received a text from papa saying "Thank you for your sacrifices as the eldest but I don't like my daughter sacrifice her health. You rest, anak ko. Love, papa"

And now I'm bursting into tears again. I love when my papa acts as mama since she has been gone for 3 years. I'm 26 but still papa treats me like his baby girl.

Home, really is a person.

There's so much to look forward to living a life in solitude

When you protect your peace and prefer it in any circumstance, then that's self-love.

And self-love is also a form of love you give, and receive by thyself.

And it means, even if you are unattached and choose to be alone, you are not lonely.

And because of that, felicity comes from within and serenity reigns.

I told my papa I didn't go to work bc I'm currently sick. Papa even wanted to pack and travel from Camiling to Manila to check on me and give me hearty meals but I refused bc papa can't travel alone and he is already 77.

My papa is my standard — beyond blessed to have him 🤍

My bffs treat me some hearty meals and snacks and had a movie date with it. Still healing from my recent mental health disorders but thank God, i have my ppl always with me. Still blessed in spite of anxiety.

can't believe this is happening. currently experiencing anxiety and eating disorders, as what my friend who is an RPm told me. Been isolating myself lately and I'm having sudden crying for no apparent reason. i sought for some help as a mental health advocate who isn't always in a perfect mood and unflawed and I know, there's nothing wrong with this. it's okay not to be okay and i swear, I'll come back better and stronger. i love you all.
