MY PRIMARY LOVE LANGUAGE
Can helping with homework really be an expression of love?
Of course, I couldn't agree for more answers than this. Actions from someone can make my life complete even without saying words to me. I'm an extroverted introvert type of person, so verbally talking to people wasn't my thing after all. Seeing the person who's gonna do effort for me would melt my heart.

MY OWN KIND OF LOVE
Tumblr media
Love can be experience to any sort of organisms in this world. It could be anything or everywhere. Love is undeniable when your heart is still pumping. I've experienced the four types of love namely: agape, storge, philia, and eros. These kind of love still lives in me and keep me alive.
The superior of all love is agape- an unconditional love of God. Before I was born into this world, I already receive the love of our creator. With His love, it molds to who I am and motivates me to live with joyfulness in the heart.
Storge and philia are my closest relationships. Happiness and pain can somehow receive from them. These types of love inspire and comfort me, to whatever I do. They did reciprocate my love for them.
Lastly, the Eros- a romantic love. To be precise, I'm single for years. I did experience a romantic love with someone, but it wasn't a risky love. We've been dating for months and eventually decided to separate ways for some valid reasons. That first love broke my heart, but I did manage to heal from it. Learning things from love can help me to be wise in the future.

Day 8: Building and Establishing relationship with others
PAUSE FOR A THOUGHT
Who are the people closest to you? How often do you talk to them? Why do you consider them your closest relationships?
The people closest to me are my family, best friends, and closest cousins. They are the people whom I trust, rely, and love. My mother and father has been always at home, they considered as my closest relationship whom I can talk everyday. Best friends and closest cousins can sometimes out of communication for days or even years, but the vibes will always be in our hearts. I considered them all to be my closest relationship because they are one of the reasons why I'm alive, gives happiness and pain, and most importantly they give unexpected love to me.

Day 7: Focusing on the Psychological Health
What makes you happy? When are you happy?
Tumblr media
There are thousands of reasons to make me happy, perhaps, I cannot name them all for once. To mention a few things; living together with my family, hanging out with my true friends, playing with my cats, chilling at home, and watching anime or reading manga really makes me happy. Also, When I'm being true to myself and ignore negative thoughts, happiness suddenly turn up. Being happy is like living in fantasy and suddenly forgot about how cruel the world is. Furthermore, I cannot measure of how grateful I am to the people who give me reasons to live with unexplained thoughts of happiness.

Day 6: Which Side of Your Brain Dominants?
I tried to watch these two video on YouTube for the sake of knowing which side of my brain dominants and did a little exercise for the brain.
youtube
After I did this activity on YouTube, the result of my ability is in the incomplete dominance of the left side of my brain. It states in the video that left dominants are the Science people. They are capable of doing mathematics, high skill of deducting reasoning, and are critical-thinkers. Well, I guess I’m not intelligent enough for those skills, but I do believe that I’m performing well.
EXERCISES FOR BRAIN
youtube
While doing these “simple” exercises for brain, I did realize that it wasn’t just that easy to perform this physically. My body was confusing when the brain is delivering messages. There are instances in my life where my brain works and my body wasn’t that responsive. I need to exercise more for the sake of my brain.

Day 5: Encountering Stress as A Part of Adolescence
PAUSE FOR A THOUGHT
What situation do you consider as Positive Stress? As Negative Stress? Are you aware of your tripping point when it comes to stress?
Tumblr media
(Me; cramming over the deadline. Can’t help but to panic and stressed out)
When life has positive stress, it has a full potential of having progressed in self-development. During the dark days when I've been stressing out about school, I literally don't know that I do have progress in myself. Stress has been my energizer, it can regain my energy to stand up when I go down. Positive stress is the right thing for improving one's weakness.
However, opposing to the positive stress is the negative stress. Not quite good for everyone. It has bad effects of the mental and physical health for humans. A situation in my life where I considered negative stress is dealing with family financial problems... always has been. Living with limited money and supplies at home is stressful. Sometimes, when I'm being envious of the rich people, it then leads me to depression.
I'm already aware of my tipping point of stress. Despite of these circumstances, I did manage to change my perspective to not carry on negative thoughts in my head. Dealing with stress can be easy if you will take the risk and change perception.

Day 4: Dealing with Challenges and Adolescence Stage
PAUSE FOR A THOUGHT
Do you believe that adolescence is a period of stress and storm? Why?
I strongly agreed with the statement that adolescence is a period of stress and storm. Of course, it is the stage between child and adulthood. This period is where teenagers most likely to experience failure, stress, anxiety, depression, and many more. Despite of this circumstances, there will always be a rainbow after the rain. Coping up with life isn't an easy journey for everyone. Before reaching the pot of gold, we must do risk, face the experience, and feel the pain. Being an adolescent is just a start of the reality in life. Waking up to the reality is already a pain. Thus, adolescence is like sailing on the vast blue sea in a stormy weather.

Day 3: Entering the Middle and Late Adolescence
"Adolescence is a border between childhood and adulthood. Like all borders, it's teeming with energy and fraught with danger." - Mary Pipher
PAUSE FOR A THOUGHT
How would you describe your current situation as an adolescent? Is it a period of stress or are you slowly strengthening your identity?
Suffering pain and genuinely happy were just overlapping my teenage life. Currently, I'm dealing with the dilemma of which path should I go in order for me to live life with no regrets. Choosing university and course in college is way harder than I thought it was. It's like jumping off the cliff with no gears. Thinking about it stresses me out. I really need to calm down and let the stress pass by.
The exact purpose of having this kind of stress, I realized that I'm slowly strengthening my identity and getting better each day. Without stress in life, there wouldn't be a room for self-development. We can also attain the benefits of being stressed, but it should be in a moderate way.

Day 2: Being Mindful with the Mind
FORGIVENESS
"It's the whisper in your ear saying set it free"
A song that Matthew West addresses to anyone that struggle to set their prisoner free from their sins. Everyone can forgive, if they commit a sinful act towards someone. Forgiveness is really a whisper to our ear, manipulate us to move forward and have freedom. Some people may find hard to forgive someone, especially when they hold grudges for too long. Holding a grudge doesn't help your mind to be free. It can control your emotion and ruin your thoughts. Forgiving someone is also freeing yourself from destructive feelings. Let your anger go, don't revenge, and live freely.
PAUSE FOR A THOUGHT
Have you ever met a person who seems to be so complex that it is difficult to fully understand him or her? What makes this person a complex character?
Yes, the most complex and difficult to understand that I've known is no other than myself. Complexity lives within me. This actively demonstrates that I feel more alive and human if things won't go smoothly. It's the nature of human, the challenge that can guarantee to have self-concept. The way that I cannot perceive of what I really like or dislike, strengths or weaknesses, talents or skills, and choices in life made me so complex. As years passed by, I do consider that maturity helps me to comprehend the difficulties I had. It molds me to be the ideal person I want in the future. Being grateful and contented is what I need in order to not escalate my anxiety.
