13 Reasons Why
13 reasons why taught me that we totally ignore people who are crying out for help.
It taught me that what we do is contribute towards the pain that the person is feeling at the time instead of trying to help them.
I mean, we view people's statuses and skip to the next one as if we aren't aware that someone is suffering. It is so much easier to pretend that you're not seeing anything than to actually reach out.
I myself am guilty. Many of you, if not all , who are reading this are guilty too. Rethink it. Think about how many lives we can save. Think about the difference we can make.
