This week, @tagedeszorns and I have decided to break with the tradition of MMM while also returning to the roots of Warhammer lore.

In one particularly interesting lore bit from the 1999 Chaos Codex, it is stated that Fulgrim did not pick up some random sword and got possessed, no. He joined Chaos because ole Horus seduced the heck out of him!

Last week the topic of very old lore came up, especially Fulgrim not getting possessed by sword-demon, but getting seduced by sooopa charisma Horus.

So @yanagikou and I are giving you: Seducer and seduced! It's not just the oldest of old lore, it's also kind of a diptychon! Have fun.

If the deamon primarch continue on their animal themes for their deamon form, I think he should be some kind of Cat-bat thing. With fully reflective eyes in the dark. *that* would be spooky.

Daemon prince Konrad visits Mortarion regularly. He also corresponds with Perturabo, and has daemon pigeons send the letters along with his occasional architectural drawings, rolled up in an impossibly small container. He sometimes bickers with Fulgrim but just like real siblings who very much love each other would do. His factories produce chaos-infused adamantium products, glass, and drugs made of human fear.

something something Chemos culture around clothes since those are more communal, you're just as likely to wear your jacket until the day you die as you are to be the next owner of a jacket who's owner was in it until the day they died, so those aren't things you put much time into, much pride. Your mask? Your very ability to breathe on poisonous Chemos? No, your mask is your mask and it goes into the smelting foundry with you when it's your turn to return to the Molten Cradle. Actually, you know what a good fic could be? Internal power struggle between the "old Guard" (Eidolon and co) and all those newcomer. Yeah. Yeah I can make that happen. Make old Eidolon call them kids and show them that he and and the other crazy old timer (give them the vibe of aging rock and roll stars!) can still ABSOLUTELY fuck shit up and know better than them.

And also, they roast their dad. God I want Fabius to show up and be "I am literally older than the Imperium, you foetus. Fulgrim was in the mine and I was already commiting war crimes."

Not done with it yet, honnestly highkey boring, buuuut I will extract Mauvais (and my french ass is still absolutely confused at that one, yall do not understand the number of puns this make) and add him to my rooster of "Favorite EC disaster boys". I want Eidolon to call him a foolish twink and Fabius to be "I legit have no idea who that is". The fanfic of this is coming.
